Prologue

Your insecure don't know what for you turn heads when you walk through the dooor.

"Mum would you please change the station I hate this song." 

" I don't understand why you hate it so much it's Niall's band." My mum told me as she changed the station to Christmas music.

:That's exactly why I hate it." I mumbled.

"Did you say something Ky?" My mum asked.

"No..." I responded.

"Well we're headed to a tree farm it's about an hour and a half away so you can shut you eyes for a bit if you want." My mum explained to me.

(Flash back )

"Come on Ky it will be fun"

"No Niall I am not climbing up in to your dumb old tree house! I will fall and kill myself!" 

"Come on Ky! You won't fall a six year old could do this and your ten!"

"I'm Eleven!" I yelled up at him.

"Not for another hour your not!" He yelled back

"Fine! Fine!" I say as I start climbing up the ladder.

"See I knew you wouldn't fall! "

"Shut up!" I said shoved him back as he fell on his butt.

"Hey that hurt!" Niall complained.

"Niall will you play me a song?' I asked.

"Only of you sing."

"But we both know I cant sing!" I complained.

"Are you kidding me you are an amazing singer Ky!" Niall argued 

"Fine what song?" I asked.

"Hanging by a Moment by Lifehouse"  Niall said.

"Niall , Ky come get lunch!" Niall's mum yelled.

"Alright mum we're coming!" Niall responded.

Niall went down the ladder and looked up at me. " You coming?" he asked.

"Yeah." I said with a little bit of fear I'm my voice.

"Come on Ky you will be fine !" He assured me.

"Alright." I said as I made my way down the ladder one step at a time.

"Would you hurry up already up I'm hungry! " Niall complained.

"I'm coming and your always hungryyy AHHH!!" I screamed as my foot slipped from one of the steps and I lost my grip and hit the ground .

"Kylin!" Niall yelled as he rushed over to my side and knelt down by my side.

"Are you OK ?" He asked

"Nooo.. I cant move my wrist!" I said with tears starting to form in my eyes.

Niall picked me up and carried me back to the house I laid my head on his shoulder as carried me inside.

Niall laid me down on the couch and him mum came in.

"Oh dear Ky! What Happened!" Nialls mum asked.

"I fe..ll o.f....f the .... ladd..er on the tr...ee .hou..se." I tried to say through my tears.

"Niall stay with her I'm going to get some ice and call her parents." Nialls mum said.

I told you I was going to get hurt! You said to Niall with a glare .

"No you said you were going to kill yourself and I said you won't and I was right! " Niall said with a grin plastered on his face.

"I hate you!" I told him while laughing.

"Love you too!" He said.

That was the best and the worst birthday I ever spent with Niall.

"Kylin honey wake up we are almost to the tree farm." My mom said shaking me awake.
