"Study" Night

Ruby POV

"Hey sis." Blaze said making his bed as I walked in. "Um now I have a project for Battle study and I have a partner that was wondering if I could go to their place and-" He cut me off. "Who is it?" "It's Thomas." I answered and he just smirked. "Call and let him know you'll be there. "Really! Thank you so much!" I screamed and gave him hug. "Now I don't want to hear any funny business that happened there at school alright?!"

"Yes Blaze I won't do anything there other than work and talk." "And a possible walk." He added on giving me a look of knowing. "Yes and that." I gave him a smile which made him smirk. "Now call him." "Oh yeah."

Thomas POV

I was making myself some dinner when I heard my phone start to ring. "Must be Ruby." I walked over to my phone and put it on speaker.

Me: Hello.
Ruby: Hey Thomas!
Me: Oh hey Ruby, so what's the answer?
Ruby: He said yes!
Me: Really great so um what time you gonna be here?
Ruby: About 5:30!
Me: Alright so in about 15 minutes?
Ruby: Yep.
Me: Great see ya soon!
Ruby: Yeah see ya soon! Bye!
Me: Bye.

"Man she's gonna be here in 15 minutes, how lucky can I get." I went back to making dinner, I was making a roast so it wouldn't be done for another hour. I went to the living room and pulled out the mega stone, I was thinking about making it into a Mega Charm, it took me about another 10 minutes to find the string and the clip that goes around it, luckily my brother had a Mega Charm himself and had extra clips, so I took one and started to make the charm. Another 3 minutes passed and I was finished I put the Mega Charm on and it was a perfect fit. I heard the doorbell ring, it made me jump a bit and when I opened the door Ruby was waving to her brother who had walked her here, she turned to see me behind her and the Mega Charm around my neck. "So you made this when I was on my way here." "Not only that I was making dinner, that's what I was doing before you called." I gave her "the look", she looked away and she started to blush.

"Ya know I can see you blushing, I can see Aura so when I look at you when your not blushing your Aura, is orange and when your blushing, it's pink." "Wow, I didn't know that." She started to blush even more but this time it was bright blue, I knew what that means. "Your getting cold." She nodded. "Come in, before you catch a cold." "Thank you." She was shivering, I could see why, it was near the end of October and it was getting close to winter. "So which group do you want to talk about first?" I asked, it looked like she was thinking about that, it took her a couple minutes to decide. "How about Logan and Linde, I have no idea on what Linde's moves are." "I have an idea on Logan's moves, I know for sure he has Hypnosis and Shadow Ball." I wasn't sure what else he had, we talked about it for a bit then I heard my timer go off. "Oh I gotta go check something be right back." I got up and walked into the kitchen.

Ruby POV

"I guess it must of been important, I wonder what it is?" I stayed in the living room and I saw some pictures with a Lucario and a Salemance, from the looks of it, it was Thomas and his brother, then I saw another picture with two Lucarios and another one with a Salemance and a Lucario. "Wow their half brothers now that's something." "Yeah we're half brothers... but our parents passed not to long ago... the two Lucarios are our mother and my father, as for the Lucario and Salemance, the Salemance is James father." I didn't notice that Thomas was standing behind me which made me jump. "Sorry to hear that... how are you making out with that?" "Me... well you saw how I was... depressed, I was destroyed inside when I came home to see them..." He shed tears which made me want to comfort him, I walked over to him and hugged him calming him.
