I have a feeling that there are some problems occuring while i am publishing my chapters, whereby some of them are 'confirmed' to be published BUT they are not being appeared in the book.

So i request you guys to inform me whether all of the chapters mentionned above has been published. Please please please. I really want my chapters to be in the order they are...
