Chapter 2

Minkyung's POV

A week later, Kyungsoo wanted to move in with me since it was easier for us to bond with each other. Exo's manager, Mr Kim, decided that it would be best if the rest of the members live next door if Kyungsoo was going to live with us. I was so glad that I will be able to get to know more about Kyungsoo. Dad couldn't agree more to the idea and he felt very elated upon hearing the news. Kyungsoo and I decided to meet up at 10am at a nearby cupcake shop before going to their dorm to pack his belongings.

I woke up an hour ago and took a shower as I couldn't wait to meet Kyungsoo. Sujeong was still sleeping by the time I got ready. Poor girl. She must be tired since she got home late last night. I decided not to wake her up and let her get more rest. Walking quietly, I went down to eat breakfast. I realised that dad was not home as I couldn't see his car from the kitchen window. He probably had an important meeting to attend.

Soon, I finished eating breakfast and washed the dishes. I wrote a note telling dad and Sujeong that I went out to meet Kyungsoo in case they were wondering where I've gone too. I wore my turquoise sneakers and went out of the house.

After a 10 minute walk, I finally reached the cupcake shop. I went in and saw Kyungsoo sitting down while using his mobile phone. I walked towards him with a smile.

"Oppa? Annyeonghasaeyo! Should we go now?" I greeted him.

"Oh! Minkyung ah annyeong! Yeah, let's go but can we buy some cupcakes first?" he asked.

"Sure! Let's get appa some cupcakes!" I grinned as we walked towards the counter.

The both of us picked some of our favourites and bought some cupcakes for dad. Kyungsoo insisted to pay for the cupcakes although I tried to pay for it. We went out of the shop with a bright smile on our faces. Kyungsoo and I walked towards his car as we chatted along the way. Their dorm wasn't that far from the cupcake shop since it was a 5 minute drive from here.

We took the lift and went to the highest level in the building. Kyungsoo lead the way once we reached the highest level. He took his keys and unlocked the door. The smell of man's cologne filled my nostrils as I entered their dorm. Surprisingly, it was very tidy and clean. The books were arranged neatly on the shelves and their gaming consoles were kept in the box. There was no sign of litter or bags of potato chip on the floor. Hmm... They did a good job on keeping their dorm clean. I hope they won't get me to clean their house once they live next door.

I followed Kyungsoo to his room which he shared with Luhan and Sehun. He took out a few boxes and we start packing his things. I noticed a small picture that was taped on the table. It was a picture of a little boy with a girl who looks younger than him.

"Oppa, who is this?" I asked with curiosity.

"Are you talking about the picture that was taped on the table?" He stopped what he was doing and walked towards me.

"That little boy is me when I was younger and that little girl is you." Kyungsoo explained.

"How old was I when that picture was taken?"

"We took that picture during our camping trip. Mom decided to go for a camping trip to celebrate my birthday. You were 3 years old at that time."

That's weird. I don't remember going to any camping trip when I was a kid. I can't remember all my childhood memories.

"You probably don't remember anything because you were so young. It's okay. You can keep that picture if you want to." He told me.

"Oh okay... I will... Thank you." I whispered.
