Long jump oops *December 24th*
It's Christmas Eve night and I'm spending Christmas with Colton's family. Our relationship has been better than ever and we just had our (making up a amount of time.. I'm bad I know) 10 month anniversary on the 14th. I've never been so happy in my entire life. I was the only one awake, it was just about 11:50 and I couldn't sleep. Colton's arm was around me and I could hear his slight snoring. I tried to move to get up and he pulled me closer to him. I sighed in frustration. I gently picked his arm up and slid off the bed. I opened Colton's window and slid out onto the roof. It was really cold wow probably not the best idea to go outside in a tank top and shorts in winter. Okay really bad idea I started shivering but I just wanted to sit out here for awhile. I laid on my back and starred at the stars in the sky. After awhile a window opened and Colton appeared and laid next to me.
"Baby girl, why are you on the roof 11:59 at night" he asked taking his sweatshirt off and putting it on my shivering body.
"I like it up here" I said laying my head on his chest.
"There are billions of stars in the sky but none of them are as beautiful as you" he said kissing my forehead.
"You're such a cheesy dork" I laughed.
"But I'm your cheesy dork" he said and pulled something out of his pocket dangling it above our heads. I looked up to see mistletoe and I smiled at him before he brought his head down and kissed me.
"Merry Christmas baby" he said when we broke away.
"Merry Christmas Colton" I replied. We stayed like that for a while the two of us sitting there my head on Colton's chest, his sweatshirt thrown on and his arm around me. Yeah, we stayed like that for a while but eventually I woke up back in Colton's bed (what would you do If she woke up in the car and she was with Brendon on their way to the concert? if it was me if be pretty angry) I still had his sweatshirt on and the window was still slightly cracked. Colton's eyes fluttered open and he looked at me.
"I love waking up next to you. You know a guy could get used to something like this." He said rolling on top of me.
"Get off me jerk" I laughed.
"It's not very nice to call your boyfriend a jerk, you know" he looked at me evilly before starting to tickle my sides.
"Colton stop" I screeched still laughing. I kicked and squirmed trying to break his grip but eventually rolled the two of us off the bed. I landed on top of Colton and smirked as I went to stand up but Colton just wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me back down, rolling back on top of me. He pinned my arms above my head and leaned down and kissed me. He broke the kiss to take a breath and when he leaned down to kiss me again I turned my face so he kissed the corner of my mouth.
"I'm getting real tired of your games" he said pulling me up off the floor only to throw me over his shoulder. He ran into Schyler's room and grabbed her from her computer chair slinging her over his other shoulder. We were both screaming and laughing mostly wiggling and squirming to get free. He ran down the stairs while skipping a few and threw the two of us on the couch across from the one Colton's parents were sitting on but not before sitting on me.
"Excuse me, you're squishing your girlfriend" I laughed. He stood up taking me by the hand swinging me out, sitting down and pulling me on his lap.
"Are we all settled now kids" Teresa asked we all nodded. Then the distribution of presents occurred. My family sent my presents to Colton's house as well as some for Colton, Schyler, Mike and Teresa. Colton made me open a present first since I was youngest so I opened the one from Schy. It was two outfits from beanies to shirts, shoes, pants, jackets, and even socks. I hugged her and gave her what I bought her. I just got her beats because she's been talking about them nonstop for as long as I can remember and I got both Colton's parents new iPads. Schyler pretty much got makeup, beanies, shoes and clothes. Colton and Schy payed for their parents to go to Italy for 5 day. Colton got combat boots, a bunch of custom tour clothes and a new keyboard. Colton's parents got me a new guitar and my parents got me a new iPhone, beats, and a ton of clothes. Finally my favorite part was Colton's present. I bought him a silver dog tag necklace that said Jayden and the date we started going out and on the other side it said 'Ill love you for forever and a day'. Colton got me a really pretty ring that had the inside engraved to say Colton and the date we started going out as well as Never Gone. Colton's parents went and made breakfast and I just stayed sitting on Colton's lap but Schyler turned the movie Elf on. There was a knock at the door and Schyler looked at Colton to get it but saw us sitting together and got up opening the door. My four dorks walked in wearing elf hats and put a Santa hat on my head and tried to put one on Colton's head before Colton threatening to cut them if they tried. I took his face and pressed it to mine and slid the Santa hat on his head midst kiss. He grabbed my hand and pulled away from the kiss expecting it to be one of the guys when he looked and saw it was my hand he caught he just shook his head at me.
"Guys y'all are so cute take a picture" Schyler said so I handed her my new iPhone and stayed in Colton's lap while the guys sat next to us and in front of us. I have to admit it was a really cute picture but not as cute as the one they took of just Colton and I kissing under the mistletoe wearing the Santa hats. The guys gave Colton a new microphone stand and tour piano and they gave me two concert tickets to see Fall Out Boy tomorrow night. Colton told me not to buy the guys something so I bought all of them stockings and put a guitar strap and custom pick in them but for Eric I gave him two custom pairs of drumsticks. Colton gave them all a card sized envelope and told them to open them at the same time.
Jared: "roses are red"
Eric: "violets are blue"
Devin: "I'm bad at poems... well yeah kinda"
David: "let's go on a cruise" they all read.
"Wait what" they all asked
"You four, myself and the lovely Jayden... plus Schyler are going on a cruise in two weeks" Colton explained. We spent the rest of the day hanging out and watching movies and just spending time together. So that was Christmas and it couldn't have been better.
