Jimin POV
"Jimin are you involved in human trafficking?" Sora asked so mindlessly as if she doesn't mind me being one of them. My heart was racing. How can she collected ideas from little events just like that? She's able to be a great detective I guess. She bit her lower lip and narrowed her eyes to the window, giving a clue that she felt bad as soon as she said that.
"Are you familiar with the people here? Just now I saw a guy behind you smiling at me"
"A guy?" I wrinkled my eyebrows and my voice went deeper. She nodded. A guy was following me? In a second, I turned around as if my instinct told me that the guy is here. No one was suspicious. I turned back to the table and gulped hard.
"What was...he wearing?" Having a particular someone in mind, I imagined that person while Sora was ready to described him.
"He wore brown long coat and white pants if I remember. It's like he wasn't prepared to go outside"
"His features?"
"He was taller than you. Black short hair with a little beard, and I think a piercing-"
"Piercing where?!"
"...nose?" Sora closed her eyes. "Do you know him?"
I knew it. It was Jumin all along. But why would he follow me outside? To see if I'm actually running away? To check my 'fake' girlfriend? Why would he be curious? I looked at Sora who drank her tea, waiting for my answer.
"Did he say anything?" I whispered bringing my face close to hers.
"Well, he was following you, but when I greeted you and we started talking, I looked at him wondering why he wasn't coming any closer" she explained with a confuse tone as she continued, "-and as soon as he saw us talking, he smiled and went back to...I don't know"
"So he stopped following me when we met?" I curiously asked. Sora nodded gently. So he was checking if I did meet up with the girlfriend that I made up. Wow, who does he think he is. Deciding things for me like that, stalked me like I'm his own.
"You know him?" Sora slurped the tea through the straw. I didn't say anything, looking down as if I didn't want to answer. "Jimin, I came here to talk to you, and for you to talk to me" her voice became gentler and it swayed me.
"I- I want to but-" I hesitated.
"I want to know more about you" she stared at me straight in the eyes.
"About me? Even if it kills you?"
"Yes. About you. Even if it kills me" she answered fast and clear. I let out a chuckle.
"What..." Her face was dumbfounded. I shook my head still chuckling.
"No, it's just...it's the first time someone said that to me" I brushed my hair back to see Sora sitting infront of me turning red and her shoulder curling up.
Cute.
"His name is Jumin" I began.
"Ju- what?" She heard it well, but she thinks she misheard it.
"Jumin. I know, I know. It is really similar to my name" I relaxed my back against the chair. "it was 2 years ago when I discovered this place, Byunghan District"

When I was still in high school, I was looking for a part time job by exploring couple of places around my area. I saw a lot of posters about hiring new people, yet every place I went, they won't accept people without experience. I was rejected and couldn't find even one place that would consider me. I needed money at that time for entertainment and other stuff, so then I searched farther from my area.
