☁34☁ || Nightmares.

My heartbeat fast as i was running away from them. They were chasing me, not going to give up until catch me. I was panting as my steps were slower every second looking behind me when i saw in front of me the exit. I was ready to get out when i felt a hand on my shoulder.

And one more hand.

And more.

They kept covering me from behind.

My eyes, my mouth dragging me back to my personal hell as the exit seemed miles away.

I tried screaming but it was late. I just closed my eyes.

My eyes opened wide as i fell from my bed letting a small squeal and panting. It was the fifth time i had this nightmare this week and was getting annoying and scary. He turned on the lights yawning looking at me with half-opened eyes.

" Babe are you okay?"

I nodded letting a sigh.

" Same nightmare again?"

I nodded again sitting on the floor terrified.

" Oh boy.. come here.."

He patted the space besides him as i smiled. I curled besides him as he hugged me trying to calm me down.

" Alex, why i keep having this nightmare.."

I sighed as he turned his eyes on me.

" Well maybe the devil wants you back to hell.."

He laughed as i chuckled rolling my eyes playfully.

" Whatever.."

I turned off the lights closing my eyes trembling a bit.

" Shhh, calm down, everything will be okay.. I am here to protect you from all the monsters, okay?"
