Ryan pov

The car ride was silent the whole way home we pull up to the house and i got out on the other side and grab august out " go straight to your room ill be there in a min " i told him

He ran inside i grab my work bag out the back and went inside the house and sat everything down

After i was done i went upstairs to our room and got a thick belt and went to auggie room to find him in his bed

"Get up i know your not sleep " i said

" dad please ive had enough im sorry sorry sorry " he wined

"Sorry wont cut it this time son up now " i semi yelled

He raised up from the covers and got out the bed "one more chance mom already whooped me aint that enough" he asked

August pov

My dad grab my arm spinned me around and gave me a worser whooping than my mom gave me

OK....OK ....OK....OK......DAD stop please im sorry i wont do it again i swear wack wack wack wack wack wack he wouldn't listen to nothing i was saying i was screaming at the top of my lungs this went on for 20 mins

"stay in here till your mother get home and when she do your going to tell her your sorry and your grounded for 2 months understand" he yelled i just shuck my head yess cause i could not stop crying my dad soon left out

Dove pov

I stopped and got auggie and ryan somthing to eat so now Im heading home

I finally got home and walked inside with their food it was real quite

"Ryan!!!" I yelled

"In here babe " he yelled back from the movie room

I walked to the movie room to were he was

"Heyy babe how was it ? " i asked as i kissed him

" it was fine i put that boy of ours up there in check real good "he smirked

"Did you go easy on him ?" I asked

"Yes i did i was going to whoop him with nothing but his draws but i didnt so thats easy enough" he say

"Well i got yall some food" i say giving him the bag

"Aww thanks i was starving " he jump for the bag and ran to the kitchen

"Wheres is my boy anyways " i yelled back

"In his room i told him to stay in there he might be sleeping cause of all the crying he was doing " he yelled back

Im fina go check on him and made my way to his room

I knocked on his door and walked in and saw he was sleeping his eyes where red and dried up tears was on his face i knew he needed a nap so i let him sleep i mean what kid could stad two whoopings in one day i know i couldn't but ig its just me i walk back down stairs to ryan

I looked at the clock to see it was 10:00 pm
"Ry im tired im fina go to bed ok " i said

"Ok ill be up in a second " ryan called back

I went back upstairs took a shower and wet to bed ryan soon came up after

Next day

August pov

I woke i looked at the time and saw it was 3:00 pm its Saturday so i didnt have school im scared to leave out my room to get somthing to eat but i than remembered that i had my own mini snack stash so i got me some chips and candy and juice and ate that instead and watched tv yeah my parents dove and ryan may be sweet on tv but live the life of being their kid....

I was brought out of my thoughts when there was a knock on my door I quickly turned my tv off and faked like i was sleeping still

"August sweetheart " my mom said as she can in my room

"I know your not sleeping its time to get up i let you sleep long enough" she said

"I dont wanna....you and dad are still mad at me and dad said im grounded for 2 months you both hate me " i say with my face still covered with my cover

"Yess we are still mad but i cant stay mad at you forever your still our little boy and ass of that we hate you we can never hate you there are going to be times when we will be have to be hard and thats because we are the parents and you have to listen and do as we say no matter how much you dont like it understand " she said

" yes i understand mom "i say moving the covers from my face and looking her in the eyes

" ok baby come out of your room you cant sleep the whole day away" she smiled

"Mom" i say "yess auggie " and i stil-" yes you are still grounded and there is no way your getting out of it " she say cutting me off
