I sat there as I waited for him to come back as I played with my necklace. I guess it's something I do when I'm well nervous. Finally, after what felt like forever he came...

"Hey how was the-" I ask before I get interrupted

"What's wrong?" He ask proudly

"How did you-" I get interrupted again

"You play with your necklace when your nervous about anything,I've caught that up." He explained

"Well um one of my friends from college came over today and well asked to come back with her to Manchester as its her son's and my Little brothers birthday."

"Of course you can go why did u ask me if you could?"

"I don't-"

"Look I don't mind besides I will be busy this week I have some interviews this week so I won't be around much and plus it's your holiday go and have fun I'll meet you once you get back and we will go out then." He told me

"Yeah okay..."

He came closer as he kissed me on the forehead giving me a subtle hug.

"Don't worry, it's your home."

So I decided to go. But the reason I didn't want to go wasn't because of family ok well a bit but mostly because of him... What if. Just what if I saw him...
