"Hey Hanji, " I said, laying on my back on the grass outside.

" Hmm? " she responded, not even opening her eyes.

"Sometimes... I really wanna be a kid again," I said, deep in thought.

"Wanna tell me why?" She asked.

"Cause they got life sooo easy," I justified. "They still have a chance at life."

"Hmm, I know! I can grant your wish for ya,"

"Tch, as if," I dismissed the idea.

"Well you won't know until you try, right?"

"Well...that's tru-"

"Great! Follow me! "Hangi suddenly sprung up from the ground, grabbing my hand.

She dragged me through the humid building into her den of experiments and sat me down at a clustered desk.

"Okay hmm....test X...X...where is i- ah! I found it," she came up to me excitedly with a bottle of yellowish green liquid which was dug up from a pile of unrecognizable objects.

"Ahh...what's that and how painful will my death be? "

"It won't be painful at all," she smiled.

"Wait wha-"

"Ya so it's a sort of youth potion thingy,"

"Tch, I'm fine without it. Dammit Hanji I was just joking," I rolled my eyes.

"(FN), you of all people should know that you should always follow your stupid, unrealistic dreams, " Hanji argued.

"I'm offended, " I deadpanned.

I grabbed the little glass filled with liquid and chugged it down.

"There, see? Nothi-"

I was interrupted by a sudden heat that engulfed my body. In a split moment, the world seemed to grow larger.

"Hanji," a small, child's voice called throughout the room.

It was my voice.

"Hanjiii what the hell is this? "I whined, stomping my foot on the ground like a spoilt toddler.

"Awww so adorable! Shorty's gonna love this! "She said excitedly and left the room.

"Hanji wai- agh!"I had started to run after her, but due to my current toddler body, I tripped over myself.

"Dang it! I hate this body,"

The sound of the door being opened peaked my interest.

"Hanji I swear I will end you even if I'm 2 feet tall right now!" I threatened before seeing who it actually was.
