A/Z: I know I'm doing it a bit slow. Apologies.

P.s: I don't know how to write Enoch's accent so you just pretend he is talking in that way. Thanks~~~

It was cool out there at night, Olive hugged herself in her arms to keep herself warmer. She hurried to Enoch's room after the ceremony of the time resetting.

"What are you doing here."

Enoch murmured without looking at her, annoyance started to bubbled up in his stomach. His had his hands folded again, showing the fact that he was disturbed.

"Um... Can I come to you again tomorrow?"

Olive lied on the floor frame, understanding that it would rather be impolite to enter his room without permission. She was ready to receive a refusal so she was much afraid to face him as she lowered her head to avoid any eye contact. Standing in front of Olive, Enoch, who raised an eyebrow and tilted his head down to scan the girl suspiciously.

He clearly doesn't expect that.

Enoch held his thoughts and cleared any signs of astonishment at instant. Waiting for an excessive long time, Olive couldn't control herself but stared up at the calm and cool boy nervously. Their gaze entwined in the air between them. Having enough of stillness, Olive faked him a smile and turned away, about to go to her room.

"It's okay if you do not want to."

"Up to you."

The door was slammed after she heard him as she stopped. She quickly turned to catch him with her eyes but only saw a wooden door blocking all of his image. A beam came up on her face widely but disappeared very soon when she positioned herself on her bed.

The scenario of her parents shocked before the fire was stapled in her brain that it flashed over her head every time when she closed her eyes. She used her bare hand to lighten up the caddle and she shook her head to clean up her mind. The little sparklet was flickering and swinging softly in the dark. It always was a hope for those in despair but, just not for her.

Maybe she needs to think it in good ways...

Convincing herself had always been her strength sice she was born. The optimism was her armour in her life but it had been broken this time. She rolled in her bed over and over again. Eyes were shut but sleepless. The bed beneath her body was soft and comfortable, but it wasn't like the one at...

HOME.

She shot her eyes open, staring at the dull ceiling again. However, she wouldn't cry anymore because at least she discovered a new life, and nice people around here, like Enoch. She again held this little comfort for her own.

Time is always required for adoption and everything would be fine and good.

But she might have pretented to forgot that time is also required to vanish the agony.

The sound of the soft breeze niddling through the trees stroked her heart lovingly. Memories of her mother fleow
in her head and made sourness bubbling in her nose. She was so used to her family's care that she couldn't get rid of the past now. But she understood that the only way she could live better was to forget the past and leap forward to her future.

The night passed by and the dawn was arrived in her struggles. Birds were singing in harmonies and the sunlight imperceptibly enlightened her room in warmness.
