My first time, not seeing her smile since earlier today in Biology class. I know she really loves her girl, but it seems like her girl ain'tsince earlier today in Biology shit. I mean how could you cheat on somebody that loves you? Brooklyn looks so sad man, and I had to be the one to make her relive those painful memories.
Jordyn: I'm not excusing her cheating, but she's blessed to have you. I know hella people is waiting for y'all to be done, to have a shot with you beautiful.
Brooklyn: who? Like you? Brooklyn smiling
Jordyn: you know what's funny, I made a vow to myself that I wouldn't talk to anyone for a while,to remain single. But for you, if you were single yes I would try to talk to you. I'll be crazy not too, you're cool, beautiful, smart, wear Levi jeans lol why not? But since you are in a relationship, I'm cool with you and I being friends, hanging out and studying together. I told you, I respect relationships and that's what I mean.
Brooklyn: you doing anything after this?
Jordyn: no why? What's up?
Brooklyn: want to come over and watch Netflix?
Jordyn: let's go
We got back to Brooklyn's place, she went into her room to change while I was scrolling through Netflix. I saw my movie Brotherly Love and waited on her to come out. Brooklyn came out the room with some orange Miami Hurricane volleyball shorts, and a plain gray tshirt, and her hair was up in a messy bun. Simply clothing, and she still has me staring at her.
Brooklyn POV: Jordyn doesnt even tries to hide the fact that she stares at me. She's looking at me up down, and once again she's staring at my lips.
Brooklyn: damn Jordyn you must want to kiss me or something, you keep staring at my lips.
Jordyn blushes* come on so we can watch this movie girl.
Brooklyn: what movie did you find?
Jordyn: Brotherly Love, man I love this movie. Don't laugh at me, if I cry.
Brooklyn: girl my movie too, we'll both cry together then. I don't like dudes, but June is my baby man
Jordyn: mine too shordie.
Brooklyn goes to grab a blanket for us, and the movie begins to play. What do you know, we both starts crying when he gets shot. We both look at each other and start laughing. Brooklyn wipes away my tears and I wipe away hers. The movie is over with, and its 1am.
Jordyn: thanks for inviting me over Brooklyn to watch the movie with you, I'm about to head out.
Brooklyn: NO YOU'RE NOT! brooklyn says with all seriousness in voice. Its late, and you're not about to drive on that road at night. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to you.
Jordyn: yes mama I say,trying to get her back smiling again. I never heard her tone of voice like that, and she was too serious, I wonder what's up with that? I'll ask later.
Jordyn: okay, I'll sleep on the couch and leave in the morning.
I walk over to give her a hug, and she finally smiles again.
Brooklyn: you can sleep in the bed with me, I wont bite, and I trust you won't either.
I ran to my car and got my Tuskegee gym bag where I kept extra clothes in. I went to her bathroom and changed into some Nike volleyball shorts and a plain white tee, and hopped in the bed.
Jordyn: what side you usually sleep on?
Brooklyn: I usually sleep in the middle of the bed.
Jordyn: mkay, just don't be snoring and kicking me lol
Laying in the bed, I'm half way sleep. Yepp just that fast, her bed is comfortable.
Jordyn? I hear Brooklyn say
Jordyn: yes?
Brooklyn: can you cuddle with me please
I sit up, are you okay are you sure?
Brooklyn: yes I'm sure!
I slide to the middle of the bed, where she is. I bring her in close to me with my left arm around her waist. I kiss her on her left jaw cheek, and tells her goodnight. I hear her tell me goodnight as she intertwines her fingers with mine, and we fall asleep... 💜💜💜
