Home Alone

Scarlet's POV

        When we got home I got changed and sat down on the couch.  As I was putting my hair up Jin walked in with a bowl of water.

"Here this is for Peoji." He sat the the bowl of water down on the floor as Peoji came in running from the kitchen.

"Also I already fed him." Jin said.

"Thank you." I said I bowed and he walked back into the kitchen.

Jungkook, Jimin, and Taehyung came running down the stairs.  Jungkook and Jimin pushed Taehyung onto the floor when they got to the bottom of the stairs.

"The TV's ours!" Jimin and Jungkook screamed while holding hands and putting them into the air like victors.

The ran over to the couch and jumped on.

"Um...Hello." I said, Jimin looked over at me.

"Oh sorry." He said getting off the couch.

"I guess we're still not used to being here." Jimin said while rubbing the back of his neck.

"No it's fine, you guys just startled me." I explained.

TaeHyung grabbed Peoji and started playing with him.  Jungkook turned on the TV and started watching 'Blood' I sat on the couch next to Jungkook and Jimin, while Taehyung sat on the floor with the dog.

I ended up falling asleep during the movie.  When I woke up I was lying down on the couch with a blanket on me, I sat up.

I walked into the kitchen and no one was there.

But there was a note on the table, 'Good morning, we are at school, make sure you eat a good breakfast and go back to sleep, you had a rough night.  If you need anything call 82-712-9043, It's Jimin's number.' -Jin.

I looked in the fridge and saw food already made with a note, 'For Scarlet'.  It was doenjiang jigae.

I ate then I decided to wash the dishes after I got changed into a black skirt and a light blue shirt, with a little hat.  I put my hair up in a messy bun and got to work.

It was about an hour later and I was in the middle of cleaning Jimin's, Jungkook's, and Taehyung's room when I heard Peoji barking.

I slowly went down the stairs and peaked around the corner and saw a bunch of Warlocks, I quietly ran upstairs as my hair turned white out of fear and my eyes turned big and black.

I ran into Jimin, Jungkook, and Taehyung's closet and covered my mouth.  I reached into my pocket to grab my phone but it wasn't there....I left it downstairs.  I heard them throwing things and yelling.

"WHERE THE HECK IS SHE?!!!  I THOUGHT YOU SAID SHE WAS HERE!!!" one of them shouted.

"She is here, we just have to find her." A female said.

I recognized the voice......"Quinn?" I whispered under my breath.

She and I were secretly friends when I was captured by Warlocks when I was younger, until she tried to kill me one night.

I heard scratching on the closet door, I opened it and Peoji came in.  I hugged him as my whole body was shaking.

I heard them slam the door open to the room I was in.  They approached the closet.  I sat Peoji down and stood up so when they opened the door they would see me and take me......But I wasn't going to let that happen.

My wings formed on my back out of thin air and my were black, my hair turned brown, and my clothes changed into a beautiful white dress.

Instead of waiting for them to open the door and find me, I used wind magic and blew the door down.  They all looked surprised....except Quinn.

"Well, Well, Well, what do we have here, a beautiful angel, but wait...I thought they were all dead." She said teasing me.

I didn't pay any attention to her,  just stared at her.

I looked over to another man next to her, I stared at him in the eyes waiting for my spell to take affect.  He grabbed his chest and fell to the ground gasping for air, everyone got startled and a few people ran over to him.  He fell dead on the ground.

"You see Quinn, I'm even more powerful than before, if you try to hurt me..."

I looked over at him again, "you'll end up like him." I said with a blank expression.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!?" she yelled.

"Oh nothing...I just internally exploded his heart." I said as I looked back at her.

I pulled out a little butterfly knife from behind me and cut my wrists.  Blood trickled down my arm.

"YOU'VE GONE CRAZY!!" she yelled at me with fear.

I formed two blood swords in my hands.

"Oh Quinn...I know I have..." I said with a blank tone still.

She pulled out a spell book, but I used my wind powers again and blew it across the room, she ran to get it but I blew her the opposite way making her hit the wall.   She looked up at me while on the ground still.

"You're no angel Scarlet." She said.

"Yeah you're right...I'm a fallen angel." I said back.

I picked her up by the neck and pinned her against the wall.

"Now leave while I'm asking nicely." I said in a stern voice.

"I'm afraid I can't do that hun." She said I threw her across the room again.

The other Warlocks ran to attack me.  I lit fire in my hand and made a fire barrier around me.  They halted, they used water and put out my fire, I had no other choice....but to fight.

I set three of them on fire.  As they fell to the floor in flames the last six attacked me.  I pulled out my swords and fought, I fought until I had no energy left, like it was my last day to live.

Then in the end it was just me and Quinn.  She looked at me in fear as there was nine dead bodies around us.

"You're a monster." She yelled.  My eyes quickly turned from black to all white then back.

"Oh sweetie...I know.  Now, go home before I change my mind and kill you myself."  I said, she quickly ran out.

My wings faded away and I turned back to normal, I fell to the ground.  I woke up, I realized that it wasn't me that was in control....It was a demon.  I looked around to see blood everywhere.....

'What have I done...'
