Chapter 16- Merome is Back

(I'm writing this because I love it so much right now, plus I have someone writing HBL part 2 as I write this, so they are taking a long time -_- )

Mitch's POV

Twice. That is twice I lost her. It makes me so pissed off. I can't stand having Jerome around anymore. I called Jason. He was better than Jerome. I heard him pick up.
"Sup dude" He said.
"Pick me up" I said.
"Why?" He asked.
"I'll tell you when you come by okay?" I said again.
"Okay, see you soon man" He said.
"Bye" I said. I hung up.

~ After 15 minutes, and the drive to Jason's~

I explained everything that had happened with the girls and Jerome. He gave me a beer to drink. I needed one of these right now.
"Sorry that happened my dude" Jason said rubbing my back.
"Why does he have to be such an fucking idiot" I said.
"Dude, to be honest, I think he was just scared about you know, you" He said.
"You're point?" I asked.
"My point is that sometimes you're friends don't need you to be around making their lives difficult. Jerome didn't want to hurt you and he also wanted to be with Loren, and no offense, you're the one who ruined the date in the first place" Jason said.

I thought about it. I did ruin it for Jerome. He let me have a fun time with Zoey, and I kinda messed it up for him. I feel like an idiot.
"Jason, you made your point, I need to find him"
"He's at Adam's" Jason said looking at his phone receiving a text from him.
"Okay thanks" I said.
"You too drunk to drive?" He asked me.
"I only had one beer, I'm fine" I said.
I walked for a little bit, after 5 minutes I made it to Adam's.

I knocked on the door. Adam answered.
"Oh hey, what do you want?" Adam asked.
"Am I allowed to come in" I asked.
"Not really, Jerome doesn't wanna speak to you right now" He said.
"Dude please, I just wanna apologize" I said.
"Let him in" Jerome said from the back. Adam let me through he walked behind me. Jerome looked like he was dying. Beer was everywhere, there was even drugs on the floor. I broke him that badly. I feel so bad. Jerome was laying on the floor.
"Dude, bro, I'm so..so sorry" I said. Nothing. He was waiting for something better than that. 

What do I even do anymore?

"Okay, Jerome look, I know none of that was necessary, and I am such an idiot. I am a horrible friend, and you let me have a amazing time with Zoey an-" 

"JUST SHUT UP MITCH PLEASE" He said sobbing. 

"Let me finish" I said. I heard more tears come down. "I just wanted to say sorry, I really am. You deserved that date, Loren is amazing with you I-"

 "WAS, WAS AMAZING WITH ME UNTIL YOU RUINED IT" He said throwing bottles at me. I backed up. 

"If you're wondering why he's like this, he's super drunk" Adam said whispering to me. Jerome cried super hard like I did of when Zoey found out that I kissed her friend. I picked him up and sat him on the couch. 

"Jerome listen to me, I'm sorry biggums, I want you to know that I still love you. You're my brother and the best friend that I know you are" I said getting emotional. Jerome stopped crying and looked at me. 

We stared at each other, and hugged. Merome is back. 

( Sorry for the short chapter, I have finals coming up, so I need to study for a bit)
