She found comfort in the skies,
The stars singing her to sleep;
Hearing the truth in his lies,
Swearing promises he couldn't keep.
She loved his damaged soul,
All the cracks and the tears;
Nobody wanted to fix him,
But for him she would care.
She found comfort in his touch,
Holding her so tight;
She found peace in his mind,
And they would sleep good night.
