Lately Matte, has started getting more and more busy. He was rarely in the office. He was always on a meeting with clients outside the office.

The office was also starting to get busier. Today is the ground breaking ceremony.

"Hey Mau, how's Sir Matte?" Bliz asked while we were having coffee break.

I let out a sigh. "I don't know, since a week ago, we haven't been able to talk properly."

"Oh, is he really that busy?"

"Yes, he does call, but it's only for a moment. Whenever our conversation is starting to get interesting his secretary always calls him or when I call, he has a meeting of he can't answer his phone."

"Really, then why don't we just go out tonight?" Bliz asked.

"I'll pass, lately I feel very tired, and I'm sleepy."

"Next time then. Make sure to come with me."

When I was about to go home, Bliz said she wanted to sleepover. We had dinner, after that, I took a bath while Bliz was washing the dishes.

Bliz wanted to watch a movie so we did. After a while I felt sleepy so I just lied down at the sofa then I fell asleep.

...

When I woke up, I was already lying in bed. When I looked around Bliz is not here, even her bag, which she placed on the wall is not there.

I went to the bathroom and washed myself, brushed my teeth. When I got out of my room, I smelled toasted bread. I went towards the kitchen.

"Hey Bliz, how did I get to bed?" I shouted, while on the way.

"Good morning, dear." Matte greeted me as he served the food on the table.

I paused at the entrance of the kitchen. "What are you doing here?"

"Cooking breakfast for my girl, of course." He smiled, came to me and he kissed me on the top of my head.

I hugged him. "I miss you."

"Sorry, I was very busy." He caressed my hair.

"Hmmm..." I hugged him tighter, I buried my head on his chest.

He removed my hands from around his waist and cupped my face. "I miss you too." He kissed me on the lips.

...

"Let's eat." He said as he let my lips go. I just smiled at him.

"When did you get here?" I asked him as he was stirring the coffee.

"Last night."

"Really?" My voice raised.

"Yes, but when I came Bliz, answered the door. I thought I would surprise you."

"You should've woken me up."

"I was planning to, but Bliz said you were tired, so I didn't."

"So where's Bliz?"

"She went home last night, she used your car by the way."

"I see."

"How was the groundbreaking , by the way."

"It already started, so I took a vacation from work for awhile."

"That's good news then." I smiled.
