Answers (Edward Nygma) Continued [REQUESTED]

An/ So the lovely RavenRuler1616 requested I carry on my one shot with Ed. I know I haven't uploaded in ages so this should ease me back into uploading!

The only thing between Ed and I now was the door to his office. The mahogany was smooth to the touch of my cautious fingertips. A frosted glass panel gave me the slightest peek into the room. The word 'Forensics' was elegantly printed on the window in black and a small sign was screwed into the dark wood. It read 'Edward Nygma PHD'. Wow, he was just as smart as he seemed.

Suddenly the barrier between me and the ominous man was removed. The door was pulled from my gentle touch. Instead, in its place, was stood Ed himself. Although, he looked a little different. His once neat brown hair was tousled and the endearingly cute glasses had been removed to show his hazel eyes clearer. They were beautiful in the yellow glow of the low-hanging light fixing above my head, but still troubled.

We were so close his slightly swinging arms caught on the hems of my pinafore. All of a sudden I felt warm hands on my exposed forearm. The warmth pulsates throughout my body as he gripped my wrists. "Hi" he said in a voice so quiet it was nearly inaudible to humans. Even though the tone was so soft, heartache was still seeping through this simple greeting. When I didn't instantly reply, worry washed over his face and his hands tightened around my hands, his thumb brushing gently over the back of my fingers. "I'm so sorry about earlier I didn't want you to think I didn't like you I was just so nervous because you're so pretty and I didn't want that Gordon guy to break your heart and...". That's when I cut him off.

Without even hesitating my hands hooked around his neck and my lips crashed onto his. Slowly, my fingers laced in with his hair and twirled longer strands lovingly. When I pulled away, panting for air, he looked down, and the green inside his heart subsided. "I think I've found the answers to all my riddles. You".
