"I didn't get to say I Love You, for the last time," he looked up at her with those chocolate brown eyes.

She just looked back at him, those words stabbing her in the heart.

"Li, it's not like you would of known," she tried to reassure him.

I guess she was right he thought. Ellie probably knew he wanted to say I love you.

Ellie studied his face, he had stubbly whiskers and bags under his eyes. His hair was a mess and looked as if he hadn't taken a shower in awhile.

"Li, why don't you go take a shower it will make you feel better," she smiled grabbing his empty plate and taking it over to the sink. Liam did as he was told and went up stairs to the shower. He took off his clothes and turned on the shower. He let the hot water run over his aching body. So many thought ran through his mind, not like this was any new thoughts. The question still on his mind was why Ellie was a guardian angel and why she even came.

He finished up in the shower and dried himself off before putting back on his clothes. He fixed his damp hair and walked down stairs to find Ellie humming a song while cleaning the kitchen.

"O, good your ready," she smiled throwing away the wet paper towel.

"Ya," Liam said digging his hands in his pockets.

"Why don't we go out and get some sun."

"I guess," he shrugged.

She walked up to him and stopped about a foot away from him.

"Liam, you need to cheer up. I know its hard, but it will get better."

He smiled a fake smile and made his way down the hall to the garage. He got into the car and watched Ellie get into the passenger seat. He opened the garage and started the car, his foot still on the brake.

"So, where are we going?" He turned his head to look at her.

"Well I was thinking we could go to the fair," she smiled hoping he would be ok with it.

A flashback went through Liam's mind.

*FLASHBACK*

The smell of popcorn, cotton candy, and corn dogs filled Liam's nose as he waited in line for the rollar coaster with his band members.

Finally it was there turn to get on the ride and since there were 5 of them one of them had to ride with a random stranger. Harry and Louis rode together and Niall and Zayn were together. So that left Liam.

He hopped into his seat and sat next to a girl with medium long blond hair.

"I'm Liam," he smiled.

"Ellie," she smiled back causing a weird feeling to run through Liam.

"I'm sorry if I scream," she giggled causing dimples to show on her cheeks. The coaster started to move causing Ellie to grip the bars.

"Its ok. I probably scream louder than you." He winked causing Ellie to blush.

The coaster started to move up the hill and soon got to the top. Screams came out of both of their mouths as the coaster plummeted down the hill. Ellie tightly shut her eyes and screamed as the coaster did a loop. Liam laughed as he watched her.

Finally the coaster ended and Ellie loosened her grip on the bar.

"I told you I scream a lot," she giggled fixing her wind blown hair.

"It was fine," he lied.

"No it wasn't," she lightly punched him in the arm. "Don't lie mister." She giggled.

"I'm sorry, but we are having technical difficulties." The ride announcer said. They were currently behind another coaster and couldn't move up until the coaster in front left.

"Well I guess I get to spend more time with you." He said causing Ellie's cheeks to blush. "So I guess you aren't from around here."

"Ya, how could you tell?"

"Well you don't have a british accent."

"Ya, I'm from California." She said and started to twirl her hair.

"Thats cool. You came pretty far," he itched his arm, "what brings you here?"

"Well I was hoping of finding a hot british boy to bring home," she laughed. "And I guess I found you." She smiled looking down at the ground probably regretting her sentence.

He laughed, "thats funny I was hoping to find a beautiful girl from California today."

"Wow how ironic," she said in a sarcastic/fake surprised voice.

"How about after we get off this ride I buy you some food?"

"That sounds wonderful," she smiled and the ride soon started to move. Liam and Ellie both got off.

"My butt hurts," Niall complained walking over with the group.

"Hey guys," Liam scratched the back of his neck. "I'm going to take a break and get this lovely girl some lunch."

"Ooo, does Liam have a girlfriend," Louis laughed causing Liam's face to turn red.

Louis just smirked and walked away with the rest of the boys. Liam walked down the steps with Ellie.

"So what would you like to eat?" He asked smiling at her.

"Well, nothing greasy or fried sounds good."

"Well its going to be hard to find something healthy at a fair," he laughed.

"How about some pizza. I heard theres a place here that makes pizza thats not greasy."

"Then pizza it is," he smiled at looked down at her hand. She noticed and quickly grabbed his hands, chills went down her spine as there hands seemed to fit perfectly together.

"Come on I think its this way," she pulled him to a food truck that said Pizza in red letters on the front.

"One cheese pizza please," she said and the women inside wrote down her order.

She looked up and her eyes grew wide, "omg is that Liam Payne?" She gasped. And that when it clicked. She was holding hands with freakin Liam Payne. Why hadn't she noticed before? She turned to see a nervous Liam.

"Y-you're Liam Payne," she gasped.

"Ya," he smiled a half smile. "I was surprised you didn't notice. I thought you weren't a fan."

"I was, but grew out of it. I'm just as surprised."

"Please don't let this change your views of me," he had a pleading look in his eyes.

"It won't," she reassured him.

"Good, because I well," he looked at his shoes. "Well I kinda like you," he blushed as if he was telling his school crush that he had a crush on her.

"I guess I found my hot british boy," she giggled.

He grabbed the pizza the lady handed him and took Ellie over to a bench under an umbrella.

"Well Ellie tell me a little about yourself," he took a bite of his pizza.
