My eyes widened in both joy and fear.
Joy at the fact that Foxy had found BB and that he wasn't lost in the maze of the Puppet anymore but also a terrifying fear that he was on the ground motionless behind this very door. He could be seriously hurt or even worse......
No I couldn't bring myself to say it. I refused to believe he could be, he had to be okay.
We couldn't lose another person. Not after Mangle and Thomas.
"What are we waiting for then!" Fred almost yelled at us, his tone screaming the same feelings that I felt. Joy and worry. He gripped Chika closer to his body, adjusting his grip on her legs as he held her firmly against his back as she hung limp against him.
She was still breathing softly and you could see the tips of her hair wave in front of her face. Her face was bandaged with white cloth. Ripped off from the bottom of Fred's shirt. Blood from her head had begun to soak through the cloth but at least it was covered and prevented a lot of the blood loss she could have had.
Foxy nodded firmly in Fred's direction as he then turned back around to face the door, grabbing a hold of the knob before turning it with ease.
That was the first thing that set off an alarm in my head.
Why was the door unlocked? Wouldn't it make sense for the Puppet to throw as many obstacles as he could at us?
All of us stepped into the room though, me, Foxy, Bon and Fred with Chika on his back.
The room was rundown, the walls peeling on themselves, the white pain seeming to have turned yellow. The floor was tile like the hallway we had come from but it was stained with dark red, with a coat that seemed to have been there for years and years without ever being cleaned.
BB was laying in the middle of the room on his left side, his arms cradled to his chest and his legs curled up against the ground. Fred's vest laid in tatters on his body, revealing numerous amounts of red lines across his chest and along his arms. He was shaking terribly with his eyes wide and his pupils expanding and contracting faster than the current rate of my heartbeat.
Fred faster than all of us ran towards BB, throwing Chika into Bon's arms before running full speed toward him, dropping to his knees before reaching an arm out to touch him.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you"
All the hair on my arms stood on end as fear ran through my body.
The voice came from everywhere and it was cold and reptilian, the voice that we all knew too well.
Fred's hand froze in place as he continued to stare at BB with wide eyes. The small boy looked at Fred with fear as his lips began to tremble before speaking, "F...Freddy, please help me!" the little boy started to cry, large tears falling down his face and pooling on to the ground.
Fred began to reach out again as a sharp and painful cry suddenly sounded from BB. Fred immediately stopped, looking at BB with eyes full of fear.
That's when I suddenly could see the glistening lines of string that ran from the ceiling of the room all across BB's body, wrapped around his chest, arms, legs and even his face. As soon as Fred had reached his arm out, blood began to trail down from BB's forehead from where the line wrapped tightly around his tiny frame.
"Fred! Stop moving or you'll hurt BB!" Foxy cried out to Fred, "There are thousands of strings wrapped around his body and each time you go closer to him they begin cutting into his body, the strings are as sharp as knives."
Fred took in everything immediately and froze in place, he gazed at BB with indefinite worry before glancing back at the rest of us and we could see the evident fear on his face. He then looked back at BB and spoke in a calm voice, "BB it's okay, I'm going to get you out of here okay? I promise. Just don't move or you're going to hurt yourself."
"It hurts so much Freddy," BB continued to cry, but still remaining immobile, "The strings around me feel like they're going to cut my whole body apart."
"Shh...." Fred tried to quiet the small child, tears beginning to form in his own eyes, "It won't be much longer. I promise."
"You shouldn't make such promises Fredrick. His fate, your fate, it isn't for you to decide."
From the darkness of the room the Puppet suddenly appeared in front of Fred on the other side of BB's body. His grin was as wide as ever across his face as his hands were spread from his body, palms wide open.
Fred's body began to tremble along with mine and I looked to see that Foxy and Bon were feeling the same way. This overwhelming fear was running through all of us, beginning to consume us.
The Puppet looked to all of us one at a time, starting with Fred before his gaze then trailed to Foxy, Bon and then finally his eyes rested on me. He extended his left hand before gesturing for me to step forward, "Hello Rachel, we meet again." He grinned maniacally almost seeming to giggle as if he thought of something funny, "Have you thought about my offer some more or have you decided that you don't care for your life or anyone else's in this room."
My whole body was shaking in the remembrance of the dream I had. It wasn't a dream, he was actually there.
"Rachel what is he talking about?" Bon asked me with wide eyes, his hands clenching into fists in front of him.
"Care to explain Rachel?" The Puppet asked coolly as his hand remained extended in his gesture to come forward.
Then suddenly without any warning or action of my own my body was yanked forward against my will until I was standing directly beside the Puppet. Before I could get over the shock of my body moving against my will the Puppet wrapped his arms around my shoulders and pulled me close to him.
"Don't touch her!" Foxy yelled in fury, starting to rush forward when the Puppet snapped his fingers and he crashed to the ground, groaning loudly from pain.
Tears formed in my eyes as I looked at Foxy, unable to move or form a single word.
My body isn't responding to anything I want it to do.
"Foxy, unless you want Rachel dead right now I suggest you calm yourself down," Bon said slowly, gritting his teeth in a deep scowl and his rabbit ears pressed against the back of his head in fury.
Foxy slowly began to stand up once more and a low groan was heard from his. He had one hand against his face and there was a small stream of blood flowing from between his fingers. When he looked up at me I saw the fear cross his face in his widening eyes. The eye from the Puppet pulsing as he gazed at me.
"Rachel.....Oh god, don't move Rachel. I'll get you out of there," Foxy began to look at the Puppet with full blown fury in his eyes before opening his mouth to speak but was interrupted by the Puppet.
"As I told Fred before, your guy's fate isn't up to you. You can't choose what happens to you," I then felt his gaze turn to me even though I couldn't move my head to see him, "Your fate is up to her." His voice curled amusingly, and a cold feeling of dread washed over me.
I have to decide the fate of everyone is this room.
