I just realised through the book I hadn't made things clear .
Ella is Reygens daughter while the others are the children of he 'monster ' father
They were sent to live with Ella's father when their mother past so they would be safe from the abuse and so they could live better lives .
(Both her mates Reygen and Ella's father were lycans )
