As she smiled at what I assumed to be her younger brother I felt a small pang of jealously hit me unsure of why I continued to watch them as their encounter was nothing but loving. "Decimus darling go find Damian for me will you ? The mikaelsons are lovely guests truley but with my foolish brothers and the maniac actions they will know our secret by the next moon . Ester thought us werewolves who had simply learned to control the shift . How wrong she was . Lycanthrope where not as rare maybe a thousand years ago but now . Now we are a dying breed my brothers and I resist of the only living lycans left . How we know this you ask? Well lycans have what you would consider a homing signal it leads them towards a Lycan of power a first born . But being a black thorn an alpha and a first born they would have sought me out immediately even alpha first borns would have . How ironic the blackthorns were the first lycans and the last .
