"Why don't you sit down Maka your gonna make a hole in the floor if you keep pacing like that."

"I can't Soul I'm worried about Saiko."

"I'm sure she's fine, if she was really seriously hurt then Stein probably wouldn't have just sent her home like that. Besides I'd be more worried about Black Star then Saiko." Maka stopped pacing.

"I guess you're right Soul, but i can't imagine what she thinks of the academy now." Soul stood up and walked over to his meister.

"It'll be fine Maka just give it a res-"

"No Soul I can't it took forever just to get them to come today and I promised that no one would seriously hurt her. They probably think we're liars and there never gonna trust us again." she huffed cutting him off.

"You're blowing this way out of proportion, Take a deep breath or something."

"If it wasn't for Black Star this wouldn't be happening. Saiko would have never gotten stabbed and he wouldn't be hurt." Her hand turned into a fist.

"Maka I think its time to get to bed." She sighed.

"Alright see you in the morning Soul." The two went to there rooms without saying another word.

Morning slowly arrived, neither Saiko or Kirā getting any sleep. They both had stayed up, reading her mother's letters and talking over plans. "It's weird." Kirā stated as the pair walked into town. "I don't know if Stein realized that you were his daughter. If he did, then he has a great poker face." Saiko shrugged, looking up at the huge building.

"Why is it so big?" She asked.

"Because they need a lot of room?" Kirā chuckled.

"Not that much. I've seriously never see someone go above the second floor for classes, and then up to the Death Room. And I've heard that they go up to a higher floor when they have celebrations, but that's it. What about all those other rooms?" Kirā nodded.

"Very true. You know what that means, right?" A devious smile played on his lips.

She smiled back, a look very similar to Stein. "We get to go exploring."

Everyone was in class by the time the bell rang. "Okay class, today we will be learning about defence." The class groaned and Stein smiled.

Saiko looked to Kirā and he nodded, pulling out a piece of paper.

"Okay," He wrote, "When we're finished planning this, I'm going to raise my hand and ask for the bathroom. When I do, act like you're paying attention. Then, in about five minutes, you ask. If he think's something's up, act ill. He should believe that, considering what you've been through in the past day." Saiko nodded, pulling out her own piece of paper to 'take notes' on. Kirā raised his arm.

"Yes, Kirā? Do you need something?"

"Yeah, can I go to the restroom?" Stein just nodded and went on with his lesson while Saiko listened to the tick of the clock, making sure not to look at it. At about four minutes, she started acting.

With a groan, she wrapped her arms around her midsection, laying her head on her desk. "Saiko?" Maka was the first one to speak up. "Are you alright?" Stein stopped talking once more.

"I-I don't feel well." Saiko held in a giggle. She used to do this all the time with her mother, when she was too lazy to go to school. "Do you think I could go leave the classroom for a few minutes?" Stein sighed.
