"Alright anyone else gonna race or is it just gonna be me and Black Star?" Saiko beamed.

"I'll race, sounds like fun." Kirā said walking up with his hands in his pockets.

"Ok so we ready to start?"

"Hell yeah lets get this started, just no crying when you lose." He pointed straight at Saiko.

"Are you fond of that finger?" he immediately pulled his hand away. "And I'm not gonna lose." Soul, Maka, and Tsubaki sat down to watch the race while the other Three got ready.

"Ok first one to that fountain and back is the winner." Kirā proclaimed as he pointed to the fountain in the distance. "Also no one cheats you have to leave these sticks at the fountain." he said as he picked up three sticks. Black Star let out a loud laugh.

"Alright lets get started already."

"Hey Maka can you count down for us please." Kirā beamed.

"Sure. You start on go." The three nodded and Maka began counting. "3, 2, 1. . . GO!" All three took off towards the fountain, sticks in hand. Black Star began in front, but as the race went on, Saiko slowly pulled ahead. She got to the fountain first, Kirā right behind her and Black Star in last. The sound of blood pumping in her ears as she ran, Kirā right next to her. She glanced over at her weapon, and next thing she knew, he was gone.

Trying not to think about it, she kept running. There was no one in front of her, and Black Star wasn't gaining on her any time soon. Just as she rounded the corner, about fifteen feet from the ending line, Kirā shot out in front of her and crossed first. She gasped for breath, falling onto her back in the grass before she could ask her question. "How did you beat me?" Kirā smiled and shrugged.

"I ran these streets every day when I was a kid. I know every nook and cranny of this entire city like the back of my hand." She glared at him after she realized he didn't even break a sweat. Black Star was throwing a tantrum over by Tsubaki, yelling about how he was the 'Great Black Star' and no one should be able to beat him, so they must have cheated.

"Having fun?" Maeko laughed from behind a silver van.

"Hey sis. You guys ready to go to the carnival?" Everyone smiled and nodded. "Alright, Soul and Maka will take Soul's bike, Saiko and I will drive her bike, everyone else in the van." Once everyone was ready, the group set off on their way to the carnival.

Maeko found a parking spot fairly quickly, and made sure to leave one open next to her for the bikes. Everyone was laughing and having fun as they walked to the gate and bought some tickets for the rides. "Okay, there. We have over a hundred tickets. I think we'll be good for the night." Maeko said. "I'll keep hold of the tickets and I'll just give them to you when you need them, sound good?" Everyone nodded and they started their night.

Kirā grabbed Saiko's hand and dragged her around, trying to get her to go on the rides. She stayed strong and just watched. Kirā's eyes landed on a huge roller coaster called the Scream Collector. "Saiko pleeeaaaasssse!" He whined, pulling on her hand like a child.

"Absolutely not." She shook her head.

"But you have to go with someone!"

"Then find someone to go with." He groaned and shook his head.

"Maka, want some cotton candy?" Soul asked, holding out the bright blue fluff.

"MAKA BABY THERE YOU ARE!!" Maka's face fell as Spirit ran towards the group, his hands held out wide. "I've been looking everywhere for you!"
