Prince paced in his room whilst Wynter was having her beauty sleep. He was in deep contemplation over the woman with the voluminous mane and sensual eyes. He couldn't stop thinking about the mystery of her. He kicked himself for not introducing himself properly. She was so fetching. Prince bit his lip at the thought of getting another chance to speak with her. This time he might also capture her information as well. The sinful thoughts of she and Prince together were creeping into his mind. He shook his head from them and lied next to his daughter on his bed. He wanted this year to be about his family. He wanted to compromise with Marie and win her love so Wynter could have a mother.

Wynter has always wanted a mother. Wynter has a mother but she doesn't want to be her mother. Prince knew that deep inside this could hurt Wynter. This is why he wouldn't let her use the internet. The internet held headlines of her verbally and visually disowning her child. There was even a tabloid that stated she had no children. A tear shed from Prince's eye when he remembered what Marie had said. How could she disown her family like this?

The tenderness for Marie was still in his heart. He hadn't really let her go. Even though Sheena was as beauteous as she was, Marie still held the key to his heart. He let out a soft sob once he realized that he and Marie would be no more. A tear fell on Wynter's cheek that awoke her from her sleep. She saw her father weeping before her and it hurt her to watch.

'Daddy, why are you crying?' Wynter inquired.

'I'm not crying, baby. I just have allergies.' Prince assured.

'Daddy, are you lying again?'

'No, baby. I'm not lying.'

'Okay, did you eat something bad?'

'No.'

'What are you allergic to then?'

Prince lied awhile thinking of a reply to Wynter's question. A few more tears fell from Prince's eyes. He looked up at Wynter's eyes and they reminded him of Marie's doll eyes. He sighed into Wynter's hand and lastly responded.

'Love.'
