Okay, a bit of backstory before I start this.  I saw this amazing post on tumblr (totally_not_sane go hit me up) and I was so excited when I saw this post about Percy being a son of Hades in a AU.  It was this super cool idea and, no one requested this but, I needed to write it.  And, I know, I know.  I did a Percy one and haven't done a Nico or Frank but, whatever.  I neeeeeeeeeed this.  :)

And, this isn't punk!Percy.  Or dark!Percy.  So, yeah...  Okay, anyways.

So, please welcome to the book, Percy Jackson, son of Hades.

REQUEST: son of Hades!Percy - daughter of Apollo - Sparring - Hurt & Comfort - Friends to Lovers - Requested by cabin_thirteen (that's me, fyi, lol)

You growled at your sparring partner, lunging forward with your sun whip, trying to wrap the light around his ankle.  But, of course, the boy was too quick, ducking under the lithe strip and rolling on the ground to your ankles, taking you down with a thump.

"Jackson!  Ugh!"  You could never win against him, Percy Jackson.  He had plenty of training.  And, he was a train wreck.  That's what made him so strong and so more able to take down any opponent.  Percy was unstoppable.

"Ha," he scoffed, getting off you and helping you up.  You shoved away his hand, huffing, standing up.  You glared at the boy who glared back before you finally gave up and let out one of your normal happy smiles.

"Okay, you did well.  I admit that."

"Of course I did well," he cockily admitted.  You rolled your eyes at him and retracted your sun whip, letting the light dissolve into the air, making the arena around you a little bit brighter.  But, it was quickly tuned down by Percy's dark atmosphere.  The son of Hades always made it a little bit darker.

"Wanna do some normal sparring," you asked.  The boy nodded and stripped his black jacket, throwing it over to the side of the arena circle.  You got down into a fighting stance, Percy following your suit before you both lunged at each other, sparring and fighting.

Suddenly, in a flash, you had the boy pinned down.  You gave him a breathless grin, sitting on top of the boy.

"Sup, Dead Head.  Pinned ya..."

"Get off me you stupid match."  He liked to call you match, your heritage being Apollo, god of Light and light sources and stuff.  Although, matches were fire...  Whatever.  You laughed and stood up, brushing yourself off and looking at the boy as some Ares' kids walked past.

"Ooh, the big bad wolf, taken down by an Apollo girl," they taunted.  "Guess the son of Hades isn't so good after all..."  They all laughed, Clarisse laughing the hardest.  Percy sent them a glare as they walked off.  You wanted to glare at them but, you knew better.  Your glare was nothing to tamper with.  It was weak, never good enough.  You were just too nice.

While stuck in your thoughts of killing each one of those stupid oafs with your bow, you didn't notice Percy leave, picking up his sword and swinging it over his shoulder.  You scrambled to pick up your stuff, including Percy's jacket as you raced after him.

He walked into the woods, you following closely behind.  You didn't want to lose him.  You rushed forwards as he walked into a small cave that you had found near Zeus' Fist.  You entered the cave to see the boy huddled in the corner, sighing.  You matched his sigh and sat next to him.

"Are you alright," you asked, looking down at you Camp Half-Blood shirt, picking at the string at the bottom of the hem.  Percy shrugged before leaning his head on your shoulder.  You jumped slightly, feeling the weight of his head on your shoulder.  Percy wasn't one for touching, much less affection but, now, it seemed natural.
