"Okay kids , be careful and don't take candy from strangers." Grandma said once we got out of the car. "Grandma this is a carnival. There are strangers who are selling candy." I replied. She just laughed. That is why I love my grandma. She is light hearted and funny. "Anyways have fun. Message me once you guys feel like coming back home." She said as she drove off. "Come on let's go get the tickets." Yuni said she dragged me to ticket counter.
While waiting so buy our tickets , she decided to ask me about Dylan. "So , Dylan told me you're his tutor for bio. How come you didn't tell me?" She asked. I groaned. Can I get through one day without hearing his name. "Because you didn't ask? And I'm just his tutor. Why should I tell you?" I said back. "Because , Dylan is one of the most popular boy in school. Just sitting next to him is a rare chance. And you're his tutor." She explained. I laughed at that statement. Just because someone is popular, doesn't mean anything. They are still human , not gods. "Anyways , how did you get his number?" I asked her. "I used to be in track team remember? Dylan was one of my team mates. Our team used to go for practice on Saturdays." She said. Ah , now I remembered. Yuni used to be one of the fastest girl in her track team despite being petite. But , her mum made her quit when Yuni got a leg injury.
After getting our tickets we decided to go on the roller coasters first. While waiting in the line , we heard a voice behind. "Yuni?" The voice said. When we turn , I was shocked to see pretty boy and his friend , Chad. Chad is the captain of the school football team. He is also one of the good looking friends Dylan has in his mini 'clique'. "Chad , Dylan , surprised to see you guys here." Yuni said while smiling at Chad. Of course. Yuni had a crush on Chad for about two years now. And there is a rumor saying Chad also has a crush on Yuni. I'm starting to think that rumor might be true. Since his smile is reaching to his ears while talking Yuni. "Me? I'm more surprised to see Miss hood here." Chad said looking me. "Still not letting the sweather go huh Miss hood?" He asked in a joking manner. Okay listen. I like wearing shirts. I really do. But my ultimate love is sweathers and jeans. Its like wearing a hug. Plus , I'm not petite like Yuni. I'm curvy. Big ass , big boobs and toned stomach(yes I workout). Since I don't like attention on me , sweathers help me cover up. Occasionally hoodies. That is why the school calls me Miss hood. Due to my love for hoodies. "Nice to see too Captain. " I simply replied back. "Hey! No hi for me " Dylan whined. I swear , there is a five year old kid stucked in that 16 year old body. " Hello to you too Dylan." I said. "Damn I never thought you would be the one to wear such shorts. Looks good in you though." Dylan said as he eyed me up and down. This is why I wear jeans. "I didn't know you had this kind of body shape Janny. But damn those legs says otherwise." He continued. "Well thanks for the compliment. Are you done eye-fucking me now?" I asked back. Dylan look up at me is shocked and Yuni lightly hit my arms. She doesn't like it when I cruse. "Wow you are a blunt person. I didn't believe him first when he told that you were." Chad said. "Haha yeah. She's is always like this . " Yuni said trying to break the tension between me and Dylan, as we move up the line.
"So you guys came together alone." Chad said. Dylan was still staring at me, but I ignored his gaze. "Yeah. She promised to bring me. So here we are." Yuni replied. "Cool. Hey , if you don't mind , we came together alone too. How about we go together?" Chad suggested. "Actually-" "That's okay with us. The more the merrier" Yuni said as she cut me off. "Excuse me as I talk to my friend here." I said as I yank Yuni's arm and turn her around. "What are you think!? You know I can't stand that guy!" I silently whispered-yelled at her. "Come on. You know I like Chad. Just this once please ." she begged. Suddenly I remembered the devil's words. "Fate is devils playground." He's giving me an opportunity. I sighed. "Okay fine. But this is the last time I'm gonna be a wing-woman." I said. "Um is there a problem?" Dylan asked. "Oh nothing. Janny here thought since we both are going different rides , how can we go together?" Yuni lied. As expected of her. Lying when needed is her second talent. "Oh , that won't be a problem. We can rides some of the rides together. And then we can ride the other attractions separately. And then we can meet at that ice cream shop once we are done. Okay ?" Chad said. "Sure. Seems like a full proof plan." I replied. "Ouh looks like its our turn to ride the roller coaster. Hey Yuni , why don't you sit with Chad while I and Janny sit together?" Dylan suggested. As if on cue , Yuni and Chad blushed. "If its okay with her. I don't mind." Chad said. Yuni just shyly nodded . "Okay then let's go and take a seat. We wouldn't want others to get held up. Coming miss hood?" Dylan asked as he took a seat. I just rolled my eyes and sat beside him. This gonna be a long day
