Chapter Two

Lyla's P.O.V.

(Yawns) I had a nice dream. I'm done taking a bath and ate my breakfast. I prepared my things for school and went to Luke's room.

"I'll be heading to school now, okay?" I said while knocking his door.

No response from him.

I opened his door and take a peek in his room. He's not there.

"What are you doing?"

"Ah!" I screamed and turned to face him.

"Jeez! You almost gave me a heart attack!"

"Why are you peeking at my room?" he said

"I..... was just--I'll be heading to school now." I replied.

"Wait for me." he said as he went inside his room.

"But--"

"I said wait for me, okay??" he said while giving me a stern look.

"O-okay." I answered.

When we reached the school, I went to the classroom as fast as I could. Not looking back to Luke.

When I arrived in the classroom, I immediately sat on my chair.

"Good morning Lyla!" Aileen and Ian greeted me.

"Hey, when are we going to practice for our performance on Friday?" asked Ian.

Oh yeah! Our performance on Friday. I completely forgot about it. Our teacher assigned us to perform on Friday during the basketball game to cheer the basketball players.

"Maybe after class. Is that okay?"

"Sounds awesome!" Aileen responded.

Luke then arrived in the classroom and sat on his chair as our Math Prof.

Yes! Our class has finally ended.

"So, we're going to practice now right? Ian asked.

"Well yeah!" I answered.

"Let's go to my place!" said Aileen.

"Yeah sounds good to me." I responded.

While the three of us are walking in the lobby, three girls are blocking our way.

"Well, well, well. The bitch is here." the girl in the middle said.

"Are you talking to us?" Aileen asked.

"No. I'm talking to her!" she said while pointing at me.

"Why are you with Luke earlier?" she asked me.

Oh no. She saw me with Luke earlier. What am I gonna do? I can't tell her that I'm living with Luke in his condo! Oh my gosh!

Luke's P.O.V.

I was practicing basketball with Kurt when Zach came in.

"Guys, there's girl fight in the lobby. It's about you Luke and Lyla." he said.
