Chapter Fifteen

Jessica's P.O.V.

12 hours before the meeting

"Appa(Dad) where are we going?" I asked.

"It's a bit sudden but we're going to Philippines." dad answered while packing his things.

"Waeyo?(Why?)" I asked again.

"Well, your auntie and uncle invited us to a resort for a  vacation. I couldn't refuse them and besides we don't have any plans, so why not?" Dad answered. I just stood there and watched him packing his things. Philippines? Hmmm...... I remembered something but its....... so blurry. Maybe its nothing.

"Are you done packing your things?" I was startled when my dad spoke up.

"Huh?.... Oh...uhh.... not really." Omo! I forgot to pack my things! Uh-oh! I bit my lip.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and pack! Our flight is flight is at 4:00 am. Go!" Dad said. I rushed to my room and opened my closet. Its not just a simple closet, its a walking closet. I picked all of my nice dresses, jeans, shirts even a formal attire. You never know maybe it'll be useful. I haven't forgot my undies, toiletries and perfumes. While I was packing, I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in!" I said then my sister came in. Is she done packing?

"Are you done packing?" I asked. She nods.

"Yup. Its already in the van. I guess you're not." She answered. Well, obviously I'm not. I'm still putting it on my luggage.

"Be sure to pack enough things because we're spending our whole vacation in the Philippines. Oh.... and uhh.... bring your make-up kit ok? You never know it might come in handy." She said while pointing at me. I nod.

"I will." I said then she left. I continued packing my things and after that I went to my closet to choose what to wear. Hmmm..... what to wear?

"Since its summer, I'm going to pick this one." I grabbed a pretty dress full of flower designs and some of them are pink. Its cute! I put it on and put on some light make up. I put my make up inside the bag and wore some heels. I went outside my room and locked it up. I'm gonna miss my room. Then a guard showed up and carried my luggage to the van. I door of the van is open so I saw Jessy sitting and reading a book.

"Unnie!!(Sister!!)" I shouted. She  heard me and waved like an actress. I went inside the car and put on my seatbelt.

"What are reading?" I asked and looked at the book's cover. Its an angel with a red pigtailed hair wearing a yellow....... costplayer dress?

"I'm Your Angel?" I asked?

"Mmmhmm." her only respond. Okay. I pulled out my phone and put my headset on. I'm going to play my favorite song of one of my favorite kpop group called BTS.(Me: Shout out to all ARMY out there!!😊😊) I'm going to play one of their latest song entitled Spring Day. (Me: Listen to the song while reading.)

This song is really good! It relieves my stress, helps me calm down and also helps me to sleep. I really love it!

Dad comes inside the car and locked the door. He's sitting behind us.

"Are you ready girls?" He asked.

"Yes Appa!(Dad!)" Jessy and I answered in unison. The driver turned the engine on and starts to move and went straight to the airport. After a few hours we arrived at the airport and got on the plane right on time.
