My brain stopped functioning for like 5 seconds. I just looked into his brown eyes. "Um.. Ethan, I think I've fallen in love with you too" I whispered. I can't believe what I just said. He leant towards me. He kissed me on the lips. I had no words, but I really did love him. I never thought he loved me though, we were just bestfriends who had know each other for years but I guess from this day are relationship is going to be way different. "Can I come in?" He asked. "Sure" I replied still in shock that he kissed me. We both sat down on the couch. "Ari.. no one can know that we kissed" he said. "Yea, but why did you kiss me?" I asked. "Because I have always admired you Ariana and the fact that I may never see you again made me want to kiss you for the first time" he explained. "What's the point though.. We can't even date. It's not fair" I said. This was making me feel even worse. Someone I loved leaving me. "Ari.. you know I would do anything to stay here in New Jersey, but-". "But what.." I replied. He was looking at his phone. "Grayson just text me.. I have to go" he said. A tear rolled down my cheek, "Ethan..you can't leave" I cried. He looked at me. "Don't worry I will come back for you one day" he replied. "You promise"I said. "Promise" he said kissing me once more. Then he left.
