{CLARY}

"Now Max we get everyone back" Alec says. "Safely"

"Alec you know Sebastian, is that-"

"We'll. get. Them. Back" Alec says through gritted teeth angrily back at Jace. "So. He has Jocelyn, Marsye, Magnus and Simon. Two downworlders, two shadowhunters. Whatever is he doing?"

"Why I am planning against you" I say in Sebastian's voice. "That wasn't m- Say goodbye to your loved ones. Because they certainly don't love you anymore" she says. "Alright. I swear on the Angel i did not say. That. That was not me."

"I know it was Sebastian's voice. But how did he- The rune! That's why. He gave you a special rune to make him talk through you" Isabelle says.

"That's odd" i say. "It's also new"

"This is- WAIT before Magnus beat me up he said 33rd street so that's a starting point" Alec says. "Maybe Sebastian said where he had them to him and he broke the rune for a split second to tell me- us"

"It's something." Luke says. "We go at dusk?"

"Dusk it is. For now we get ready with weapons." Jace says. "Except for Clary. She stays here wiiiithhh Isabelle"

"Jace! I don't want to stay here i want to go and help save them!"

"So do i!" I exclaim.

"Clary. No, you can't injure Emilia" Jace says.

"She'll be fine Jace. Please?" I beg. "It's my mom and best friend"

"I know" Jace says. "But you can't. I don't want you to get hurt"

"Jace. I'll be fine. I'll have you guys to protect me" i say. "i'm going whether you give me permission or not. Just to let you know"

"Jace she's got a point." Alec says. "She'll go if she wants and you know you can't stop it." He looks at me. "That was meant as a compliment" WOW a compliment from Alec? To Me? He must be hurting. He hates me like an annoying sister.

When we get to 33rd street it's lined with dumpsters and stores. (Honestly idk. Makin it up) Jace pushes everyone against the wall and shushes us. I look to where he was and Simon stands outside a door. I feel the need to call out but can't if i do; i ruin the plan. He looks this was and he has black white less colorless eyes. It's really creepy. When he looks the other way Jace runs up behind him and pins him against the wall.

"Easy there Vampire" he says. Jace brings out runed handcuffs so he can't get out if them and put's Simon on them. He looks toward us. "Let's go" he says. We walk that way and into the door he was protecting. When we get inside Jocelyn, Marsye and Magnus are standing in front of another door. "Alright. You can move or we can make you move. Your pick" they have the same horrid black eyes and just look at Jace. "Alright." He says i stand at the back of the group while Jace takes Jocelyn, Luke takes Magnus, and Isabelle and Alec take Marsye. They tie them to a post. "Told you you were moving" Jace smirks. We go inside the door and see Sebastian sitting at a desk and Simon caged behind him.

"How'd you like the decoys?" He asks. Decoys?

"Decoys?" Max replies.

"Yes little one. Decoys. Why don't you turn around" he says. We turn and see Jocelyn Marsye and Magnus standing there. "Except Simon. Weirdo. He rejected what i gave him so i just kept him ahh how you say... Caged like the animal he is"

"Simon is not an animal!" I yell.

"Ah! It is that attitude thatexplains why i am doing this. Shadowhunters are starting to like downworlder are they not Isabelle and Alexander Lightwood?"

"You know nothing" Alec says. "You know nothing about this because you don't know love. No one loves you and no one ever will because your heart and soul are ice. Black ice that has no idea what love is" wow. U go Alec. Sebastian waves his hand and Jocelyn throws Alec across the room into the wall and he slumps on the ground. Well shit.

"Alec!" Isabelle yells. "Don't you dare touch my brother"

"Oh darling why would i? He's as good as dead anyway" and at that point i see a knife fly through the air and lodge itself in Sebastian's forehead. Sebastian pulls the knife out and puts it on his desk.

"Nice shot" he says. Then he falls down.

"That's for my brother and my mom" Max spits. I turn to look at Jocelyn Marsye and Magnus and they are all holding their heads and leaning on the wall.

"The bond" i say. "The bond the bond the bond" i say even more quickly. "The freaking bond. By killing Sebastian we injure them- Simon! Jace i'm going to get Simon" i run over to the cage and do an opening rune on the lock. Then help Simon out and limp him back to my house.

{ALEC}

When i open my eyes i shoot upright and look around rapidly.

"Easy there Tiger" Jace says walking over. I am in the Institutes Infirmary and i see Magnus on the bed next to me. "How's the head?"

"Fine" i say. "How's Magnus and everyone?"

"They're okay. Just sleeping. Being half possessed by a demon takes a lot out of you" he says.

"But they'll live"

"Yes Alec they'll live. They are fine. You however got thrown at a wall"

"I'm fine Jace" i say. I turn and face Magnus. I hold his hand and smile. Well now we're all together and that's good.
