It will come as a false feeling
When you laugh at something that's not really funny
Or joke about the things that really matter,
And it will come as confusing when jokes turn to you
And you end up losing all of your glory and power
Not many realize what's happened before a joke,
Whether it was a good day or a bad day,
Whether you got an ''A'' or an ''F''
Or whether there was a joke told before or a scary comment
Should it be realistic or dramatic, just some standard tale
Or maybe there is much more to this story,
It'll bring a different POV for every outcome
Should you do the right thing, you would walk away
Should you be wrong, there'd be bullet powder and blood pools
Although, should you ever leave this ''joke'' confused and hurt,
Then you leave with right and wrong meeting in the middle for war
Cut up and cry, shower, cry, swallow, cry, jump, and
Somehow, someway, the pain will eventually go away
You'll find everyway to fit in, but the truth is this:
Everyone has a fake feeling, and
Once upon a time this fake feeling found your weakness: you
This imaginary emotion that was suppose to make you feel good
It decided that today would be the day to have a taste of your own medicine
So you fall, slip up, and do and say things that shouldn't have been
And you wonder if someone feels your sorrow
But is someone suppose to feel your sorrow?
Didn't you just watch someone fail and you giggled?
Is sympathy deserved after what you've done now?
Take this as a message to check yourself
Because I know I did,,, the hard way
To be recognized by peasants in the wrong presence
You get caught up in the flames of Lucifer
You get into a whirlwind, thinking the world will end
And that this world ain't so super
There are lessons to be learned and revenge to be earned
For those who feel their lives are at stake
So when you fall down, then don't cry now
Because sorry, you already knew you were fake
