To be a kid again- the curse continues

Chapter 5

Natsu's POV
"Let me see Lucy" I demanded Mira once again to let us go.

"I'm sorry Natsu but you can't" she said from the other side of the door.

"Natsu..." Happy said catching me by surprise as I forgot him and Juvia were with me. "What's going to happen?" He asked worried as he stared at his paws.

"Levy, Wendy and Gajeel will take good care of them, don't worry" Juvia answered for me, but it only made me get angrier.

"I should be the one to look after Lucy!" I punched the door before walking away from it, Freed had put a binding spell on the door which means he's the only one who can get us out.

"Juvia doesn't understand why we are acting different" Juvia said as she slid down the back wall, pulling her feet in once she begun hugging her knees.

"I miss Carla" Happy sighed as he went and sat next to Juvia.

"I miss everyone"

Grays POV
"Oi let me see Juvia!" I shouted at Erza who just sat on the couch of Lucy's apartment reading a book.

"I'm sorry Gray but I can't" she bluntly spoke without even looking at me.

"I need to make sure she's okay" I growled not wanting to take no for an answer.

"Look, I understand your concern but their acting strange, more... Possessive?" Erza said unsure of the answer.

"How could she get anymore possessive?" I questioned her as looked away with a blush. I want her with me I thought as I stared at my feet.

"Gray, you can grumble all you want but until their back to normal you stay away from her" she said averting her eyes away from her book for the first time in this conversation.

"Fine" I stomped off toward Lucy's room to see if Levy had made any progress.

"Levy you can't" I heard Lucy say as I walked I to the bed room, a confused look on my face as I stared at the two playing tug-of-war with a small object.

"What are you two doing?" I asked causing the two to stop what they were doing and look over to me.

"Lucy won't hand the celestial key over" Levy huffed as she tried pulling the object, which I now know to be a key, towards her once more.

"Natsu gave it to me" she wined as she pulled it back towards her.

"I told you it could be a link to the curse" Levy retaliated to which she caught my attention.

"Curse?" I asked confused. "I thought the curse was from the book?" I asked as I made my way over to the pair.

"It was, but the book was destroyed" levy explained once she let the object go, Lucy running away to hide be hind me.

"Then how?" I asked as Levy sighed, sitting on the bed with a tired expression.

"You see, that key has the exact same emblem on it as the book does. I believe if that key is related to the book, then as soon as it touched Natsus and Juvias skin it was transformed into the second curse" Levy finished not want to have to explain further.

"How did it know?" Lucy asked coming out from behind me, Carla waking up from her nap and she sat up in the bed.

"You see, the magic of the book flows in the 6 of you, once it made contact the dormant magic activated and started to work" she finished in hope we would understand.

"So if I give you this key, you can fix us and I can go see Natsu?" Lucy questioned wearily, the pain from being away for so long unbearable.

"I hope so"
