Grays POV
I need to help you, but I'm so useless I thought looking up at Juvias face, sleeping restlessly beside me. I just want you back.
"Gray-sama... Gray-ssm." Juvia mumbled, pulling me closer.
"I love you, Juvia. I need you to know that." I wanted to reach out, but it was no use. I can't reach you, you're out of my reach again.
"Juvia loves you too, Gray-sama." I watched her reply to me still sound asleep. Her words made me feel warm, and I couldn't help relish in the feeling.
"I know you love me, baby. Once this is over, I plan on making sure you know how much I love you, everyday, for the rest of your life." I whispered to her sleeping form, watching a gentle smile spreading across her lips.
A pain suddenly shot through me, a light spreading from my centre. I tried to scream, I tried to call out but I couldn't, I just bared it. In a flash the pain was gone. I looked up to Juvia and smile, unconsciously reaching to touch her cheek.
"What?" I looked at my body, my child form a uncomfortable relief and change from that of the doll.
Juvias POV
My eye lids started to flutter open as I took a deep breath, the familiar scent of my beloved filling my senses.
"Gray-sama?" I looked down to find familiar onyx eyes looking at me through even darker hair.
"Juvia..." I felt his small hand press against my cheek. "Hey," he whispered as his eyes shined brighter.
"Gray-sama is back to normal... well to his small self." I whispered surprised.
"Yeah... it's nice." He smiled and rested his forehead against mine. "I love you."
"Juvia loves you too, Gray-sama." I pulled him closer, but he just pushed me back.
"I'm serious, Juvia." I watched him confused, but his stare just intensified. "You are the only person who has made me feel like... like I'm," he looked away, looking for the right words.
"Gray-sama?" I was feeling uneasy, Gray-sama was acting strange.
"Juvia," he looked into my eyes once more, "you are the only one who can make me feel like I'm dreaming when I'm awake."
I couldn't help but giggle, causing Gray-sama to blush hard. "You're so cute!" I squealed and pulled him close.
"J-Juvia! You're supposed to be serious." Gray-sama's blush deepened.
"Juvia wants to spend forever dreaming with Gray-sama." I said out of nowhere, planting a kiss on his forehead before resting mine against it.
"W-well good, c-cause I'm not letting you spend the rest of your life with anyone else." Gray-sama mumbled, causing me to giggle.
"Well, Juvia was hoping to spend it with someone else..." I smiled.
"What? Who?" Gray-sama looked upset, but I decided that I would leave that secret for when this is all over.
"Good night, Gray-sama." I snuggled closer before taking in another deep breath, savouring this moment.
"Goodnight, baby." The smile on my lips grew, If only boys weren't so dense.
"Right now, you're more of a baby that Juvia." I giggled before finally falling back to a soundless sleep.
Lucy's POV
No way, Juvia... I'm happy for you... I smiled before looking up at Natsu. Maybe one day, I'll have the same secret for a while.
