~Chapter 11~

~Jessi POV~

*Beep beep beep* my alarm goes off on my bedside table, I reach my arm over and turn it off. I check the time, 6:25am. I immediately jump out of bed, completely forgetting about the other person there. I rush to my closet and grab a pair of ripped jeans and a plain white tee-shirt, I quickly change my clothes and run to my bathroom down the hall. I start to brush my hair then I turn on my hair straightener. I begin to hear footsteps down the hall, the bathroom door creaks open and a shirtless Ashton stood in the doorway.

"what the hell are you doing at 6 in the morning?"

"Babe, I have to go to work!!"

"Can't you just take a day off, or call in sick?"

"No! I have to work!"

"C'mon love, when was the last time you took a day off work?" He swings his hips to one side.

"About 5 months ago.."I nervously respond

"My point exactly, just call be for I do." I nod slowly, I turn the straightener off and walk back to my room, I grab my phone and somehow bring myself to dial my bosses number. It rings twice before I hear a familiar voice through the phone.

"Jessica!! Why are you calling me at this hour, shouldn't you be getting ready?"

"Um, actually, boss I'm sick. I've come down with a cold." There is a long silence.

"Ok, I will email you all your work that needs to be done soon. Get well Jessica."
He ends the call in an annoyed tone. I turn to Ashton. Who was standing behind me the whole time, he walks over and hugs me and I rest my head on his shoulder. I change out of my clothes and into a pair of shorts and Ashton's tee he had worn the day before. We lay back down In my bed, soon I end up falling asleep in his arms.

~Time skip 9:30am~

I open my eyes and look over at my phone, I check the time. I turn over to see that Ashton had left, I get up to and walk out the door. I hear the sound of music coming from the kitchen and a faint smell of bacon. I continue down the hall, I see him dancing to girls talk boys, shirtless and his pants hanging low on his hips. I try not to laugh as a stand in the door way, he spins around and spots me, he stops dancing and stands there awkwardly. I giggle and walk towards him.

"Don't laugh at my dancing."

"I'm not, I'm laughing at you." I hug him and we start to sway to the music.

"I made you breakfast."

"I can smell it," we stop dancing and i face him. "Thanks hun." I stand on my tip-toes and kiss his cheek. I sit down at the table an down at the dining room table. Ash brings over a plate and a cup of coffees. He walks back to get his and sits down across from me. We begin to eat the eggs and bacon as we talk about when he's leaving.

He is leaving tomorrow morning and honestly idk what I'm going to do when he leaves. I sound really dependent on him but I will miss him and having a cuddle buddy. We continue to talk until he gets and call from Micheal.

"Hey mate, what's up?"'

"Do you want me to pack up you stuff?"

"Yeah, go for it. Jess says hi!"

"Hi Jessi!!!!" I wave while my mouth is full of food. I sip my coffee as he puts hi phone down.

"I'm gonna miss you, love."

"Im gonna miss you more than you will ever know." I get up from my chair and I take out dishes and put them in the sink. I turn around to Ashton standing there. He gets closer and wraps his arms around my waist as I place mine on his shoulders.

We stand like this until there is a knock at my door. I let go and walk to the door, I peek out the hole to see him. I quietly convince Ashton to hid in my closet because if he found out, who knows what would happen. I rush back to the door and open it. He give me a small smile, I match his expression as i look down to see him holding a small bowl.

"Hello Jessica, how are you feeling?"

"Still sick but a little better after medicine, I was just about to go to sle-"

"Well I better get back to work here is some soup, good bye Jessica." He kisses my cheek and leaves. I shut the door and call for Ashton to come out.

"Who was that?"

"My boss, he just brought me some soup."

"Oh, wanna watch some movies?"

"Yeah!" I jump up and clap my hands together even tho on the inside in worried he knows about Ashton.
