A week has past and since the first day we met, he waits for me to walk with him to the bus stop. I don't mind, but why is he doing this?
I get to school and went straight to my friends to talk about the situation I'm in. I feel so confused, I can't seem to get him off my mind.
"He likes you!" Harper says very loudly in English class, making everyone look at me.
"Shhhhh. Don't be so loud,"
"He likes you, he likes you!" She whispers over and over.
"No, don't be silly. He probably likes Megan, she's pretty, popular and-"
"A stupid bitch." Meredith interrupts.
"The point is no one likes a quiet, awkward, antisocial girl like me." I say with a sigh.
"You are actually very social, just with certain people, and your awkwardness makes you adorable. The right guy will see you for you. Someone you can be yourself around." Bella says with a reassuring smile.
"But what if he doesn't like who I am?"
"Well then his loss, he's gonna miss out a lot." Merida said.
"Enough about me, how's Noah?" I ask Bella.
Noah is Bella's boyfriend. They've been together since last year. He's tall compared to her has a tanned complexion. His hair is a dark and wavy and he has forest green eyes. They are such a cute couple. He treats her like a princess, as if she's the only thing that matters to him. I hope I find someone who loves me that much.
Speak of the devil. He hugs her from behind and kisses her on the cheek.

The next day I walk past Ryan's house, but he isn't standing outside waiting for me. Maybe he's already at the bus stop.
I sat by myself until I saw him coming. He sits next to me not saying a word.
"Hey...umm...good morning. You okay, you seem a bit off?" I ask.
He gives a slight smile and says, "No I'm good. You getting worried about me now?"
"No, I just thought you'd want to talk about it"
"Nah, it's nothing"
I look at his muscular arms. Damn he's been working out and looks really good with his sleeves rolled up. Wait what's that? I see a purple bruise on his arm. I wonder if that's why he was late, it looks quite new. He sees me looking at it and pulls his sleeves down. He's very secretive as to how he got it and why he was late. I wonder if everything is okay. This isn't the first time I've seen him have a bruise on his arm.
"Anyway, you seem very happy." He says.
"Oh, I just finished one of my art assignment and I'm feeling really good about it."
"Pretty sure it's amazing. May I see?"
"Yeah."
I hand over my drawing. He smirked when looking at it. Did I really just show him my art? I only show it to my friends usually.
"I still have one more big project this semester but I can't find my inspiration."
"What do you have to do?"
"Paint something that inspires me everyday like something I admire."
He then poses putting his hand on his chin.
"What are you doing?" I ask through my giggle.
"I'll be your model."
"No, you clearly didn't hear correct. Something beautiful that I admire." I say sarcastically.
"Ouch!" He says holding his one hand over his chest, feeling offended.
