Thank goodness, your teacher's pretty chill, so he was okay with you being late. (I'll make the teacher a male cause why not haha XD) And so, you moved on with your life.
Your day got a little better after the 'incident' before class. You introduced Sans and Papyrus to your friends, and the place became a whole lot livelier, as everyone knew who they are. While working, you mainly talked to Sans, whereas Papyrus was making bad puns with your other friends. Of course, Sans got mad at Papyrus for doing that, which only made the situation funnier. However, the main thing you talked about with Sans was not about you, or him. It was about your best friend. Sans kept asking you about them: their interests, personality, your history with them... The list goes on. Sure, it brings back some memories between you and your best friend, but this whole thing was still really heartbreaking. You were smiling and gave some forced laughs, but that's only to cover up your negative emotions. Throughout these conversations you noticed that Sans is always blushing, which made you feel even worse. You were hoping that you and Sans would talk about each other, and have a closer relationship... But in the end, Sans only gained a bigger interest in your best friend, and not you.
Not to forget, but you guys did work as well. You guys were VERY HARDWORKING. (Totally not sarcastic or anything. XD). It was weird, since you thought Sans would be the hardworking type, but...
Anyways!
Now the class was coming to a close, with only a few minutes left. At this point Sans already asked about everything about your best friend, so he was really satisfied. On the contrary, you were really heartbroken, and jealous. This was not what you expected from the first day with Sans and Papyrus. Right now you really feel like crying, but you're holding it in with a smile so Sans won't worry about you.
However, Sans noticed anyway, so he asked: "(Y/N)? ARE YOU ALRIGHT?"
Right now you're on the verge on giving up on him as a crush. Like, what's the point anymore? You're gonna lose to your best friend anyway. You should just stop loving him and start supporting them... These pessimistic thoughts kept running through your mind, and you didn't like it at all. But in order to completely give up on him, you asked the determining question: "Sans... do you love them?"
As expected, Sans began to blush furiously, perhaps even bluer than a blueberry. You were thinking he's gonna shyly nod or say "YES... I DO.", or something like that. But the answer you heard was not what you expected.
"I-I DON'T KNOW. I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE."
...What?
That was how you responded to the cute, blushing skeleton. What does he mean, "anymore"? Then, he continued.
"I DON'T KNOW WHO TO LOVE. (Y/B/F/N)... OR YOU."

Just in case you're wondering, these lessons are about 2 hours long (I know, it's pretty long but it's pretty necessary), so that's why things are escalating and stuff.
Also, I want to make the main story kinda short (ish), with some extra post-chapters afterwards. (well, maybe a lot of extra post-chapters, depends on my mood X3) So I'm sorry if things are kinda rushed!
