     Drip drip drip
I can't feel my fingers.. My ears ache... It's so cold.. My eyes don't want to open.
    Drip drip chirp
I can hear chirping, and the clicking of insects. It's so relaxing. I wanna see what birds are around me.
I open my eyes, it's all so alive. I see large tall trees tower around me. The air is damp and wet with moisture. Everything has a blue gray lighting making it almost dream like. I see finches buzzing around catching hovering insects disturbed from their nests. Cicadas we're doing there evening chorus. Lush grass caressed my body. My breathing was visible in the air.
How did I get here? I lifted my right arm, it was difficult and was a trial in itself. I stretched it out straight before me. Large gashes decorated my arm like Christmas tree garland. It was dried up and some cracked from being disturbed by movement. I laid my arm back down at my side.
   Drip chirp drip
I closed my eyes, trying to remember how I got here. In fact I can't remember anything at all. Where I live, my favorite food, nothing. Only my name is Sightless and that.. I'm afraid of... blacks birds. I remember what I look like. I'm 19,  and have cherry red medium hair with long bangs framing my face. 5 foot eight. My eyes are orange. The color of danger I faintly recall.
I decide I need to get up. I press my arms to the ground to support me as I lean forward trying to sit up. My body felt like it was on fire. I felt my sticky blood clinging my clothing to my body. And whatever wounds I had made themselves known as they stung me. I yelped and whimpered as I gave up and laid back down.
"Sightless! Is that you!"
That's my name!
"Help!" I yelled
I heard the loud rustling of foliage being snapped and shook behind me. And a young man came into view. He leaned down beside me. He had sooty black hair, long bangs combed to the right side of his face. His eyes were an inquisitive dark green. He looked me over and bit his bottom lip.
"We need to get you back home" he said
He seems to know me.
"Hey.. do you know me?"
He looked at me and smiled. His eyes softened into a reassuring look.
"Of course I do, your my best friend."
I feel relieved that someone I know found me. He bent over me and scooped me up with one arm under my back and my knees, cradling me with care but securely. The sound of birds echoed across the trees. Hooping and pecking. My head was resting against left shoulder. He smelled of earth, sweat, dew, and something else that seems familiar. I could tell he's been hiking around for quite a while. Was he looking for me? I glanced up to his face, he had a content look across his face. I would think he wasn't fazed by his walk around the forest if his hair was not matted and stuck against his face in parts from sweat.
He carried for a bit and the forest grew quiet as the day was coming to an end. How much farther? I think I'm with someone know pretty well, but for some reason I didn't feel like I could relax. Like I should be afraid. Perhaps it's just from being confused right now. Even if I can't completely trust this man it's not like I'm in any shape to help myself.
"Sightless?"
I was yanked out of my thoughts. He was looking at me, eyes narrowed with interest. Caught off guard my tongue was trapped behind my teeth. I nodded.
"Do you remember anything about me? At all?" He said
His deep emerald eyes were full of sorrow, I felt so guilty that I was the one making him feel this way. But I would be doing him an injustice by denying it.
"I'm sorry... I really don't" I murmured
I felt his arms tightened around me. A sharp pain rippled all at once around my body.
"Well I hope you remember soon, my name is Crow"

----------------------------------------------

We finally arrived at the house. I was sitting on the couch while Crow went off to get some medical supplies.
When the house finally came into view, it looked so fragile. Much like a porcelain doll. It had two floors, much of it was made of glass. The first floor had white stone walls, it looked like maybe marble or granite maybe. With parts being spruce wood. Meanwhile the second floor was only spruce and glass. Inside it was very well designed. The kitchen was immediately to the left. A counter with tall stools was bordering it allowing you to eat as soon as you walk in. The adjacent walls had everything a kitchen needs. Lots of little snack bowels littered the counter tops. Then in the far back in the corner there was a table. The far back wall was glass with a sliding door to go outside. To the right was a living room. A large plasma sat on top of a big entertainment center. And two bookshelves bordered on either side with hundreds of DVDs and video games. Under the tv there was a whole bunch of game systems organized neatly together ready to be used. A single velvet brown couch was facing the tv. The walls were decorated nicely with lots of cool posters, and shelves held many intricate figures. Straight ahead to the back of the house room opened to the second floor. A set of oak stairs led up to the next floor.
Crow walked over to the couch and set me down gently. The couch was plusher then it looks, and I sank into the cushions. I shuffled a bit to get more comfortable. When I looked toward Crow who was standing beside me. He wore a short black t-shirt and khaki . His arms and shirt were dirty with blood, my blood.
"I'm sorry Crow"
Now that I think about it, I'm getting the couch all dirty too.
"What are you talking about?" he asked crouching next to me.
"I got your shirt and couch dirty with my blood. I'm really sorry."
Crow smiled at me warmly and reached a hand out towards me. Terror surged through my body and I reeled my right hand up and slashed at his hand. He stumbled backwards surprised, and clutched his hand close to him. Bright red liquid oozed through his fingers and ran down his arm. My blood turned to ice. Why did I do such a terrible thing! I raised my hand up to put against my head. It was wet.
"Crow I-I" my mouth opened and closed trying to say anything. My eyes scrunched close to stop myself from looking at him. I heard footsteps pass by me. I waited for him to scold or maybe hit me. But it never came, I listened to his direction.
"I'm going to get some bandages" he called.
My heart drummed against my chest.
Thump thump thump
I felt so cold.. so confused.. Black spots appeared in my head. Shooing away any thoughts. My body shook and numbed till eventually my consciousness slipped from under me. I think I hear the rain starting again,
