Come to the Carnival, the Festival of Fools.
Where we all have fun and have nothing to lose.

Everybody's accepted, everybody's ugly.
Everybody's happy, everybody's snugly
After a few drinks of the finest beers and ales
Don't forget the masks, they're in sales!

Sales! Sales everywhere! Oh come on down!
What is this, my friend? Do I see a frown?
No! no, that is not possible!
Come, come to the festival!

Lets go and dance, lets go an drink!
Let your worries not sink
into the deepest confines of your memory.
Come, have a drink, dress up, have a laugh!
Look at Ben, he cannot even stand on his staff!

Come on down, my friend, to this wondrous event!
Drink, eat, dance, laugh to your heart's content!

Christmas? Hah! A child's feast! Don't make me laugh!
Easter? Finding eggs on a Sunday? Are you mad?

Yes, yes, mad, that is what we all are!
Mad, insane, crazy, deluded, sick in the mind!
Peel away the layers of our brains and what will you find?

FESTIVITIES! Happy thoughts!
Nothing but good spirits and a good will!
Are you depressed or without a purpose?
Are you sickly, bed-stricken, raving or ill?

Oh come on down to the Festival, I beg of you, I implore!
You will not regret it! I assure you, you'll be begging for more!
