Beyond Infinity Pilot- The Lord's Apprentice

Episode 1 The Beginning

Well this is fun. Me and my twin brother Ize in a kid-like body. The body is dead so you might be wondering, why this dead body? And, why in the world does it have to be a dead body? Well, I guess you will just have to wait to find out. But I guess you could say that it is like a restraint for Justin. Ize and I are 12-year-olds who have a special ability that can allow us to fuze together to create Justin. We are the only time benders, which by default makes us Lord Tyme while fuzed. Ize controls the future while I control the past therefore, Justin has "god-like" powers, in the sense if the word. Oh, by the way, my name is Fyre.

A war long ago occurred in my dimension, the Beyonder dimension. Of course, we saw this coming, but couldn't do anything about it. Racism, sadly, never ends and you are teased for having an extra pair of wings. It's just a birth defect. It's not like anyone can help it. Also, people see benders as freaks or terrorists because we have abilities. We never did anything wrong (maybe steal some ramen occasionally), but we served for years and everything we earned, respect, loyalty from others, any kind of relationship, went away in a blink of an eye. We were judged for being different. A lot of us were killed because of this, and some moved to another place either out of fear for being slaughtered, or just to get away from the chaos. Those who fled survived and so far, we can count just a little more than 500 to this day. Ize and I thought we were the only ones who survived since we were able to avoid every murderous attempt that was directed towards us. As a result, we were exiled out of our dimension to Reality, or Earth. We went there to serve our sentence and save our people. At that time, I was in 7th grade.

This dimension is messed up, so lucky for me, I had a guide. Without her, I would not blend in so well. To pay her back, I have been training her to be a bender. She took the amulet of airbending (amethyst) and it turned into a emerald. That means she has the blood of a bender, and that she is a jungle bender. Every bender has a specific stone to match their element.

But it doesn't matter her element. How she has the blood of a bender in the first place is a mystery. Not to mention the fact that she changed the stone. Only certain people can do that. Anyway, the amulet is a lifelock (a necklace if you're a girl or a bracelet if you're a boy). The lifelock allows a bender to control their power and it also allows them to regenerate. In order to completely kill a bender, you have to disintegrate them and destroy their gem. That way, they can't save their body in the gem. Although, you don't have to be a bender to have a lifelock. Non-benders have them too, only, theirs are glass instead of an actual gem.

Now you're probably thinking: "Well this wasn't brief at all.", and "What was that all about?". Well, I'm not going to give off that information. All I'm saying is that you will figure everything out on your own. Or you can just ask the author. Yes, I see you there. And if I am going to have to worry about something, it shouldn't be grammar. So don't go yelling at me because I said ". . . this wasn't brief . . ." not ". . . that wasn't brief . . .". You see, I already have a lot on my hands. Literally though, I need a napkin so just give me a second. *grabs napkin and cleans off hands* There. Much better.

And there is another thing. Apparently I'm rich. Gold is some kind of rare metal in this dimension, and I have a surplus of it. But I must keep things at a low profile. Lucky for me, I am an inventor as well. So, I don't run out of supplies. It's sorta like being the youngest Bill Gates. The ironic thing though, is that you people call yourself "civilized beings" when you steal from one another constantly and starve and practically torture yourselves to look beautiful. But time is short and I have other things to do. So, until next time.
