Nothing was the same

(The next day)

Nicki's POV:

I left out and got into the car. I drove to a park. Then I kept running until I was in some woods. I had tears strolling along my face. I stopped and dropped to my knees sitting on them and crying. I looked up and started screaming my loudest.

"AHHHHHH!" I woke up screaming. I was all sweaty and shaking. Why am I screaming, sweaty and what was that dream about? My mom walked in the room then sat next to me.

"Baby are you okay?" She asked about to hold me. I started crying in her arms alittle. She let go and got up. "Gets some sleep. You still have a few hours left until school starts." I looked over to my clock and it said 4:51 a.m. I laid back down pulling the covers over me. I have to tell Drake and Wayne about this. I had questions I still want to be answered. After letting thoughts run through my head I fell asleep.

(3 hours later)

I woke back up to my alarm and took a shower. Afterwards I got dressed and ate breakfast. I left out the house with my stuff and went to school. I met up with everyone talking about stuff that was due in classes.

"Wayne and Drake. Can we talk?"

"Oooh, what did y'all do?" Chyna said.

I walked with them to an empty table. As we were walking away I heard Shannel say "girl! She tradin up!" And then everyone started making bets on what they thought we were talking about. I laughed as we sat down.

"What's up Nic?" Wayne asked.

"I had the craziest dream last night" I said looking at them both. They started laughing.

"A dream Nicki?" Drake said.

"Yes but listen." I said telling them about it. Towards the end they were silent then burst out in laughter.

"That must of been a dream" Drake said then got serious " because my ass will not be caught dead with Mariah!" He spat out.

"And me and Drake doing all that fighting?" Wayne asked "nahhh."

"Then ou and Wayne got engaged!? And had sex?!" Drake said looking at us both then shook his head "that's just nasty" he said.

"You weren't complaining when I said we had sex" I said making them look at me all confused.

"Wait! When did you say that?!" They both said in unison. I laughed.

"I didn't now shut up".

"Wait. So since we had sex in that dream" he said getting closer "that means it can happen foreal?" I pushed him away.

"No, if I allow it" I said.

"Woah. Nick were you like out like a light or something cuz that sounds so weird." Drake said.

"I'm just happy that she beat Mariah's ass in that dream" Wayne said excited. I just started laughing. The bell ring for us to go to class. I kept looking at Mariah every now and then.

"What are you looking at!?" She spat at me. Lord help me get through the day I thought as class started.
