Alex's POV
The Four of us run inside the TARDIS, the doors slamming shut behind us. I hear the noise and I know that we're leaving the chamber. As we appear somewhere else, Mickey runs outside terrified while Rose answers her phone, her mother on the other end. Her mother was yelling over the phone about the dummies and she shuts it off as she walks over to Mickey.
" Fat lot of good you were." Rose says to him.
" Nestene Consciousness? Easy." He says and I roll my eyes.
"You were useless in there. You'd be dead if it wasn't for me."
"You know that's true." I say and look up at him. He looks down at me then back to them.
"I know. Yes, I would. Thank you. Right then, We'll be off, unless, er, I don't know, you could come with us. This box isn't just a London hopper, you know. It goes anywhere in the universe free of charge."
"Don't" Mickey says clutching onto Rose. "He's an alien. He's a thing."
"He's not invited. What do you think? You could stay here, fill your life with work and food and sleep, or you could go anywhere."
"Is it always this dangerous."
"Yeah." He says and I can tell she's thinking about it, but Mickey is holding her tight.
"Yeah, I can't. I've er, I've got to go and find my mum and someone's got to look after this stupid lump, so." She says and I see him look down.
"Okay. See you around." He says and I shut the doors while he starts the TARDIS. Once I hear we start to go off.
"So that's it, you're not gonna do anything else?" I ask
"What? She already said no. She made her choice." He says and I sigh and cross my arms. He looked at something on the console, then back to me. "You know she comes with us don't you."
"Just say one more thing."
3rd POV
As the TARDIS dematerialised, Rose pulls Mickey up from the ground.
"Come on, let's go. Come on. Come on." She says and they start to walk away. Then from behind them, the TARDIS noise starts again and they both turn around. Once it's solid, the door opens and The Doctor appears.
" By the way, did I mention it also travels in time?" He says and Rose smiles, then turns to Mickey
"Thanks." She says.
"Thanks for what?" He asks.
"Exactly." She says. She kisses him on the cheek, then runs into the TARDIS.
