I woke up.my back leaning against the house,memories from last night started to flood back.I looked around seeing dead bodies everywhere. Carl. I had to see him,i stood up and started to walk to the infirmary.once I reached the door I knocked,Denise answered. "Ariana are you okay? You're covered in blood? People think you've died because you didn't come home last night?" She asked. "I'm fine, I just need to see carl" she nodded and let me in.I look in the mirror and stared at my reflection,Dry blood covered my whole body. I sighed and followed Denise into the room. When I saw carl I was speechless he lied there with a bandage over his right eye and looked lifeless. "I'll leave you with him" I nodded and she left the room. I went to sit on the chair next to the bed, I held his hand.

I felt sad when he didn't respond. "hey...I'm sorry I wasn't here,im sorry Ron shot you.im sorry I-i couldn't say goodbye...I don't know if you will survive this but I need you to try. Please try..please..I don't know how many more people I can lose.. You're the only person who has made me truly laugh and made me actually be happy for once... I-I love you Carl grimes ,it doesn't matter how many times I try to ignore it, i can't get you out of my head." I looked up earning not even a flinch from him."carl please!" I shouted."please?"I wiped my cheeks as tears started to fall,I got up still holding his hand "I-I love you" I was about to let go of his hand when I felt a squeeze. "Ariana?" I looked down and saw carl his 'eye' open. "You're alive?!" I leant down and kissed his cheek."I'm going to go tell Denise" I turned back around,I walked out the room and saw Denise. I told her that Carl was awake and she went in the room.I lefft the infirmary.I started to walk down the street when I saw Sasha."Sasha?" I ran over to her and hugged her."where's Abraham?" She pointed to the fence and I saw Him.i screamed inside and ran over to him. "Ariana, thank god your alive" he said as he hugged me. "You can't get rid of me that easily" I said and laughed at the end.
-------- Carl's POV --------- "Do you love her?" My dad asked me as he sat down. "Yeah..I think I do" "Good luck trying to get through Abraham" he said making me laugh."how's the eye?" "It's okay,doesn't really hurt much anymore" "Do you remember what happened?" "Not really" "Okay" dad fiddled with his hands "you got shot by Ron,An accident, I think. Michonne killed him.i took you to the infirmary, Ariana never came home, We thought she was dead. She didn't come with us to take you here, when I was cleaning all the walkers up. I went to Ron and the only thing that was left was guts.ariana did that out of anger I'm guessing" I opened my eye in shock."do you think she will be ok?" He looked down "I really don't know,You need to ask her about her past. I did this morning. She's a strong girl I assure you that" "I will" "I'll see you later,carl" I smiled as he walked out the door.
----- Ariana POV ------ I was bringing some food up for carl."Hey" I said as I opened the door. "Oh,hey Ariana" I sat down and passed him his food."can you tell me about you're past?"Why did he bring this up?I slowly nod. "Okay,I don't know if you'r ready for this" I looked down."when the apocalypse broke out, I was with my mum.we survived a lot longer than I though we would but luck runs out sooner or later. We arrived at this village and my dad actually ran it, i was so happy to find him I felt like everything was going to be okay,But when I was walking around I found a room and found people chained up missing different limbs.thats when I found out that the meat they were giving us wasn't deer it was Human, when I confronted my dad about it,he got angry and chained me up saying to my mother that I went missing.he locked me up for about 4 days but I chewed my way through the cable ties I had around my arms. I sneaked out and grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed him over and over again not stopping.but i stopped when I got stabbed in the back" I turned around showing him my scar."I turned around to see my mum about to stab me again but I dodged it, she fell with the scissors facing towards her so when she hit the floor they went through her skull. I've been on my own for about 2 years now. I then found a camp but a man killed a person there so,i killed him.after about 5 months I was looking round a town and found Rosita she bought me back to her group and that's where I found Abraham. And ever since that he's looked after me." He looked at me,he sat up pulling me in for a hug.
