Chapter 2:Alexandria

3 Months.3 months I have been alone.My body aches and I'm broken.I miss Abraham. I haven't seen him since terminus I still have no idea where he is or if he is still alive.
I stood up, my legs feel like they would break any minute. I looked to my left and saw a row of houses I started to make my way over to search for food. I placed my boney hand over the door handle and slowly twisting it but stopped when I heard moans.i rolled my eyes and sighed.grabbing my knife from my bag I held onto it tightly when the walker came into view. It stumbled over to me slowly as I twitched my nose in disgust at the smell. I stuck the knife through its skull,it immediately fell to the ground. I brushed my self down and made my way around the house. I walked in to the living room and saw a large painting on the wall of what I assumed was the family I studied every inch of it I became sadder with every new part I see.There was no supplies in any of the houses except half a bottle of water which I was suspicious to drink incase the last person that drank it was infected so I left it. The sun was starting to go down so I need to set up camp somewhere in the woods.
Leaves crunched under my feet as the sky became darker."hello" I heard someone behind me I quickly bought my gun out and turned around aiming it at the women's head. "I'm not here to hurt you" she said slowly raising her arms.
"Me and my group have a town, I was out here on a run and couldn't help but notice how skinny you are" I gave her a death glare. "My names Sasha by the way. What's yours?" She stepped closer.
"A-Ariana "
"That's a really pretty name. I know you are probably wondering why you should trust me but you'll like it back where I'm from.kids.babies and teenagers you're age"
What if she's lying? How can I trust her?
"Ok" I simply said regretting it immediately after saying it.
She smiled and walked over to me.
"Come on,follow me" (by the way Sasha didn't find Abraham when the prison got over run so,ariana and Sasha don't know each other)

I walked by her side. Chewing on my bottom lip,I felt anxious on what was going to happen to me. What if it was like terminus?
"I'm glad you decided to come with me" she said sweetly I just smiled.
After a while we arrived at a large gate. Sasha knocked her gun against it and shouted that it was her.when the gate opened I widened my eyes at who I saw.Rosita. I stood still my mouth slightly open, she saw me and ran over giving me a hug."oh my god I can't believe you're still alive! we though you were dead" she said and I felt a tear leave my eye. She moved to the side when I saw who I was missing the most. Abraham. He looked at me with raised eyebrows. We ran to each other, he hugged me lifting me up and spinning me around, after a few seconds,he let go. " I knew you would survive. You are my strong little niece" I smiled at him
"I've missed you so much" my voice braking slightly.Abraham put his arm around my shoulder as he guided me to the person who run the town. I looked around and I saw houses in brilliant conditions and people actually laughing and smiling. We arrived at a large house. A women came outside she had auburn coloured hair and looked around her early 50s. "Ahh you must be Ariana" she held her hand out,I shook it "I'm Deana"
"She's my niece, she can stay at my house with Rosita and Eugene" Abraham said,she nodded.
"I will have to interview you and then I shall give you a tour of Alexandria"
'Alexandria' just another name, this place will fall soon and the people here will have no idea how to defend themselves.
"I'll see you later" I waved to Abraham while I walked through the door to Deana office. I sat down on the seat.
She set a video camera up I was going to ask why but decided not to.
"So how long have you been out there?"
I gave a sigh "I was with Abraham when it started and we went to a place called terminus, I'm guessing they've already told you about that" she nodded "I was looking out to see if guards were coming and they saw me and knocked me out when I woke up everyone was gone" (Abraham and her weren't in the same trailer)
"How many walkers have you killed?" I gave her a confused look
"Too many"
"How many people?"
I looked to the side. Not sure if to tell her the truth.
"Four"
"Why?"
"They tried to kill me"
She stood up and went over to the camera to turn it off "that's all we need.lets go and I'll give you a tour of the place" I nodded and followed by her side.
When we walked out side I saw Abraham talking to three men, we made our way over to them. "Ariana.this is Rick,Daryl and Glenn" Abraham said I smiled at them all.
"Nice to meet you Ariana. I've heard a lot about you. I've got a son who is the same age as you maybe we could all have dinner tonight and she can meet everyone there" rick said. I was confused and aggravated inside.they think this place will stay safe forever, ridiculous . "That's a brilliant idea,rick we will meet at the town hall at 8 tonight" Deana said.
