Band isn't physical!!!
Tell that to literally any band kid, and the next part of this is taken care of.

You don't tackle people!!!
The field judge would like to argue with that. Being run over by a band kid marching at 180 bpm and going quite fast, that's close enough. Also, if someone isn't doing something right, chances are someone will tackle them...
