Broken (GMW Fanfic)

         Riley sat there holding Auggie while their parents were fighting. "Why do they always yell?" Auggie asked. Riley shrugged. They sat there, they didnt talk or look at eachother they just sat.

          Riley started crying. She felt so bad that Auggie had to sit through this everyday. Riley ended up crying herself to sleep. Auggie was laying on Riley when he heard a knock at the window and saw Farkle. "Hi." Auggie said opening the window. "Hey Aug um give this to Riley she left it in my jacket." Farkle said looking at Riley.

       Auggie looked at Riley "She's asleep." he said. Farkle laughed and nodded and then Cory and Topanga started yelling. Auggie put his hands over his ears. Farkle removed his hands. "How is Riley sleeping through this?" Farkle asked. Auggie looked down "She cried herself to sleep."

        Farkle hugged Auggie. The yelling got louder and sounded more violent. "Riley! Riley wake up! Riley!" Auggie yelled. Riley sat up and yawned "Are you okay?" Riley asked. Auggie shook his head. "Hold on." Riley said. She sent some texts. "Okay youre good to go. Youre spending the night with Ava." Riley said.

          Auggie smiled but his smile faded. "What about you?" Auggie asked. Riley looked at Farkle "Um im just gonna stay here." Riley said. Auggie looked at Farkle.

          "I can call Maya." Farkle said Riley nodded but she called Maya.

"Hello?"
"Peaches."
"Ri its the middle of the night."
"Can I come over?"
"Why?"
"To sleep. I cant sleep here i dont know why."
"Ri just go to sleep please."
"Bu-"

      "She hung up on me. Maya just hung up on me." Riley said. She brushed it off. "Farkle take Auggie to Ava's. I will tell my parents and i will be fine here." Riley said. Farkle hesitated but then obeyed.

            She heard her mom coming upstairs. This 'oughta be fun. More people hating you. Riley thought as her bedroom door opened.
