Chapter 7: This just can't be right, can it?

"Video Journal entry number... still can't remember which one I'm on, in my safe house: Well, it's done. Kyubey knows who I am and I showed off what I can do. Now, I'm gonna have to be extremely careful around the girls. Kyubey could find out what I have planned. Oh! And the plan is to talk him out of making contracts with girls. If I could just appeal to his logical side then I will succeed. All I need is to find the right time and place to have that conversation. However, I have to do it in less than two week. Because in two weeks Walpurgisnacht will appear and the battle of the ages will go down."

"However, I sense that something bad will happen to me in the next few days. For the past days, I've been getting these nightmares of an evil side of me that I've never seen before. I see myself doing terrible things I would never think of doing. I fear that I might screw this one up if I don't find out what all these memories are about. I think I should ask Zicon about them but I don't seem to have the time. Maybe I could squeeze in some minutes to find out more about my condition. Or should I do it now. I think I'll do it now. I have nothing else better to do. And the girls should be asleep by now or something."

"However, if something goes wrong I am showing myself a pair of coordinates for Kyubey's planet and ship where he keeps clones of himself and other secrets. I didn't have too much time to explore but it could give me some leverage in case my plan A doesn't work. But, I'm confident that it won't be necessary. And actually, I'm terrible at saving stuff so I'll probably forget about this by tomorrow but just a precaution in case something goes bad. Also I am sending this video to Homura if something happens to me that I can't finish the job, she will be able to. Alright. I'm off to talk with Zicon about my condition. I hope it's nothing bad. I don't really think it's anything to make such a big deal out of, but I like to be safe. You know? I don't like surprises. At least when I didn't plan them. Note to self: Visit Mami and find out how Nagisa Momoe is. If she wakes up in time which I'm pretty sure she is, get her up to date on the plan. "Zicon. I need your help. Meet me at the safe house in an hour." Chaos told him telepathically. "Why? What wrong?" He asked puzzled. "Just get over here. I think something might be wrong with me or something." Chaos remarked. "Okay. I'll be there." Zicon replied still confused, "That's weird. He hardly asks me for help. I wonder why now all of a sudden." As Chaos arrived at the safe house, Zicon was there waiting for him. "What is this all about Chaos?" he asked curiously. "What did I tell you about calling me Chaos Zicon?" "Uhhh. You never told me anything about me calling you by your strange name." "Only my wife can call me by my name. You will refer to me as "Sir."" "The Fuck are you talking about? You aren't married. Who do you think I am?" "You're my medical, time helper, and all around general assistant android. Duh." Surprised by Chaos' remark Zicon replied with, "You must have lost your god damn mind." "Nope. Not really. Never lost my mind." "Wait. So you don't remember the worlds you have gone too and the lives you've saved?" "What are you talking about Zicon? What lives? The only world that I've gone too is this one. Remember? The time machine malfunctioned and brought us to this parallel world instead." "You're joking right? You are telling me that you don't remember the Spider Riders, or the aliens on Mars, or Even Aqune?" "Are those supposed to mean anything?" "Okay, maybe not the Spider Rider or the aliens from Mars but the name Aqune should ring a bell. You couldn't possibly forget your girlfriend that quickly.
