Chapter 16: More Power

< Luna's POV>
I was looking for Keith because he was dragged into somewhere in the factory, " Keith! Where are you?" I shouted, then I saw a purple light ahead of me then I ran to it, " Keith..." I said while entering that room, then I saw Keith in a cell, " Keith! Are you ok?" I asked, then he looked at me and said, " Luna? What are you doing here?! I thought you guys got away?!", " I can't just leave you here... Come on, let's get you out of here.." I said then opened the cell doors, then someone threw an energy ball at me before I can reach Keith, " - grunt-" I grunted, Then Keith went to me and said, " Luna!" He said then prepared his sword so he can attack the one who threw me the energy ball, " No Keith, go to the escape pods, I'll handle this.." I said, " No, I won't leave here, I promised I'd never leave your side.." He said and held my hand, " but--" I said then the person who held Keith as captive spoke, " hehehe.. What a sweet gesture, but the both of you won't get away.." The voice spoke, " I knew it was you.... Lina.." I said while looking at her with a fierce look, then Lina charged into me and banged me in the wall and her hand started to glow purple, but.. How did she got this strong? But I can manage to attack her because Keith is helping me, then she threw an energy ball again on me, but I managed to block it, " - evil giggle- <a/n: I can't think of a laughter that sounds a bit evil so I made a thing again that doesn't exist> Let me guess.. Your wondering why I got this strong in just a short time.." Lina said while raising me while holding my neck, " well.. Guess what? I don't care!" I said and kicked her to the other side of the room, then Keith charged to her to attack but she got up quick and used her power to put Keith out of our fight, " Keith!!" I shouted and then Lina charged into me again and brought out a yellow crystal, " Remember this? This is your weakness.. Wondering why I'm not affected? 'Cause I'm-not.... WEAK" she said and raised me in the air while holding my neck so I can ran out of breathe, " So who's the weakling now?! I'm afraid it's over now, any last words?" She fiercely asked, " I just want to say something, if you've forgotten that we're sisters, I won't forget it... Even if your like.. This.." I said while trying to breathe, " Luna.." Keith said while trying to get up and stop Lina, then when the moment came that I was dead-like( it's just a part where you're.. Almost dead) My vision turned black again like what happened at the moon..
< Keith's POV>
"Luna.." I whispered, I was just looking at them fighting, I would stop Lina from killing Luna, but... I can't move... Then the moment I thought that Luna was... Dead, her eyes.. It turned purple again, this can't be good, then I saw her threw Lina across the room making her feel so much pain, then the others got here at the factory again, then they ran to me, " Keith! Are you ok?" Shiro asked while trying to get me back in my feet, but I managed to stand up, I think something is wrong with Lina now, a while ago she was brutely strong, but now... Luna is just beating her," what's wrong with Luna? There's something strange about her.." Lance said, then we saw Luna threw Lina to the other side and then Lina vanished like a shadow.. " Luna! It's ok, she's gone" Hunk told Luna, then Luna looked at us, and her eyes is still purple, and charged an energy ball to fire us.. Luna...
< meanwhile in Luna's mind>
What's going on? What's happening to me? All I can see is darkness spreading throught me, I can see myself floating in thin air with purple glowy- eyes, then memories started to come back, back when mom was being taken.. Wait? Who's that? I said to myself while hearing voices, it's not clear, I can't understand it.. " Luna, Stop!!" The voices started to get clear, but when I gained my vision, the last thing I saw is.. I was about to blast the castle of lions, then I gained control of myself..
< back in Keith's POV>
When I can move already, I helped the others get up from the ground, I can't imagine Luna can do something like this.. No.. She was.. I don't know what's wrong with her, but I'm gonna know, then I saw when Luna is gonna fire the castle of lions, " Luna, Stop!" I shouted, it suddenly stopped and she dropped to her knees, then we ran to her, " Luna! Are you back?" Shiro asked, " huh? What do you mean back? What happened?" Luna asked while scratching her head trying to figure out what is Shiro talking about, " whoa... Easy.. We'll tell you later, but now.. Let's go back to the ship" I said and held her and came back to the ship, when we're inside.. " I'm gonna take Luna to her room to rest, you guys go to Allura and tell what happened, maybe we can contact her brother if he knows what's going on.." I told the others while Luna is waiting for me in the other room, " ok, be in the control room after that.." Shiro said and then they head to the control room, " come on, let's get you to your room, you need to rest since you haven't got enough sleep.." I told Luna and took her to her room, " maybe you should change your clothes... It's all dirty" I suggested, " of course I'm gonna change clothes, but you should wait outside for a minute.." She said in a glommy way, then I went outside while she's changing her clothes, I wonder why she changed while she's fighting Lina.... And she seems out of it after what happened, " I'm done.." She told me and opened the door, then I came inside and she took a sit in her bed while looking down and frowning, " hey... You should stop frowning like that, it doesn't suite you, come on, what's the problem? I'm gonna see if I can help you with it.." I said to cheer her up and to know why is she so out of it after the mission, " -sigh- I don't know... I don't know what's happening to me... The same thing happened 3 times now..." She answered, " you mean? What exactly is the thing?" I asked, " the darkness... Whenever I'm being pulled by my emotions, darkness appears, when my vision gets black, all I can see is myself unconcious while floating in the dark, then all of a sudden I can see blue flames around me and when that flames appear... I woke up and seeing myself about to kill someone or destroy something.... It always gets me down because of that, am I... A monster?" She told me why she's like that, " oh come on, your not like that, your just unusual with your new power that's all, your not a monster... Your Luna, and your normal just like us.. So rest now, you just need some sleep" I said and smiled at her, " you think so?" She asked, " I do, so sleep now, I'll wake you up if something is up, be sure to sleep now ok? See you later" I said and covered her a blanket , then I left the room and went directly to the control room, then I saw them already talking to Lori, " Keith, how is she?" Lori asked, " She's fine now..." I answered, " - sigh- good" he said, " So, Do you know why she acts like that?" I asked, " she doesn't know that she do those things because she can't remember it, the reason because she turns into that is her power" Lori answered, " her power? Why?" Shiro asked, " Luna has a strong power from mom, but since it's strong ,when her emotions go all out her human half becomes weak then that's the time where her power( or Neogetian half) will take over her.. " Lori answered, " but why would her power destroy things? She's good but why would her power destroy?" I asked again in a worried way, " well, that's the thing that I don't know but... Years ago, dad told me that she's like controlled when she's like that, but if she is.. We don't know who could it be.." Lori answered, " just don't let her emotions take over her, in that way she can't be like that again... Keith, look out after her for me ok? I'm gonna go, I have to attend our castle's meeting, bye.." Lori added and dropped the call, " So we just need to look after her emotions and then she'll never feel like that again?" Pidge asked, " that's the plan, but the best way she won't get all mumbled, is not talking about what happened to her earlier, is that clear?" Shiro asked us, " sure... I'm gonna go now, I'm gonna rest a bit.." I said and left the room, but I was not actually gonna rest, I'm gonna watch Luna for a while in her room, hey, it's not spying, I'm just worried about her and she's the only one I can think about now because of her accident, when I got to her room, I took a chair and sit there until she wakes up, while she's sleeping I was just looking at her... Luna....
( Meanwhile in Zarkon central command, Lina approached Haggar)
" Haggar! The power you gave me is not enough to defeat that pesting sister of mine!" Lina shouted on Haggar, " calm down my child, when Luna was able to defeat you, she was not the one who's fighting.. It was me controlling her... I managed to gain control of her in that state" Haggar replied to Lina, " then why won't you control her now and destroy that Voltron now?!" Lina asked, " Don't question me! Remember, I gave you that power you are holding now! The only way that I was able to control her at that moment, is because of her emotions which leaves her weak, now let me do my work and go along... Rest for your next mission.." Haggar said, then Lina left the room, Lina didn't kill Luna when the time Luna said, " if you've forgotten that we're sisters... Well, I don't... Even if your... Like this.." , even Lina doesn't look like she doesn't like Luna, she still look at Luna as her sister even if they're enemies..

Luna's the only one that has a very strong power from her family, so she's the one that can be swallowed by her own power when her human half gets weak based on emotions,
