I was in my room getting ready for the date. When Vic asked me, he said we were going downtown, to walk around and look at all the lights, and to stop at a nice restaurant to eat. This had always been my dream date. I don't know how he came up with my exact fantasy, but he did, and it made me love him even more.

I looked at myself in my full body mirror. I was wearing a nice pair of black jeans, a black and red flannel unbuttoned to show my shirt underneath, a black shirt with a skeleton hand forming the peace sign.
I know, not the best outfit to wear on a date, but i was comfortable enough with Vic to dress like myself.

I remember that Vic said he would wait outside at 6, which it was now. I grabbed my phone and rushed out of my room and outside.

Sure enough, he was standing at the foot of my yard. He was looking down until i cleared my throat and he looked up at me.

He smiled his perfect smile and waved me over to him. I shut the door behind me and walked down the porch steps, and walked over to him. He hugged me, and like always his body was freezing cold.

I always found that so odd. How could he always be so cold? I always shrugged it off, though.

He took my hand in his and we walked in the direction of the city.
