Dans office phone rang out loudly. He pressed a button and said "What do u want." harshly into the reciever
                          a womans voice came over the speaker. she sounded timid and beaten down. "a guy is here to see you. his name is Phil Lester? He says hes been waiting four weeks now."
                          Dan groaned.

                          "just tell him that im busy."
                          --seven months ago--
                          holy crap, dan you gotta see this!" Phil called from the Den.
                          The tv was turned up to full volume as Dan rushed in to see Phil sitting criss-cross-applesauce very close to the screen.
                          it was 11pm and Dan had just finished showering.
                          In America, the humans there were struggling to pick bettween two terrible candidates (not saying names cough t r u m p cough c l i n t o n)
                          the brits pittied the americans. the queen was gr8.
                          Dan was wrapped in a towel as he watched the tv over Phils shoulder. "which one is winning?" he asked, still not registering what was happening.
                          "Dan, you are!" 
                          "hwhat?"  and just like that, his face was up on the screen. 
                          "And here we see that a boy named Dan Howell is winning both electoral and popular vote somehow." Announced the announcer loudly.
                          "what the hell?" Dan asked, plopping down next to Phil. "How?"
                          "i dunno, but its happenning.."

                          Dan basically jumped out of his bed and ran to Phils room. "THIS IS NOT OK I AM NOT FIT TO BE PRESIDENT I AM FROM LONDON HOW IS THIS LEGAL IM NOT EVEN OF AGE"
                          Phil just sat in his bed with terrified eyes as dan yelled violently. 
                          once he was done he just heaved for a minute before saying "we have to go to america"
                          --present day--
                          "but sir, he really doesnt want to leave-" she was cut off as Dan heard the sound of the large doors opening and the chanting of security behind them.
                          "ITS FINE" he yelled at security which suddenly dispersed.
                          There stood a scrawny boy with wild black now-messy fringe. He looked sad. It was Phil, Dan's old roommate.
