Kai was the schools player. He dated so many girls, none of them more than a week long. The word was that he would make them fall for him, date them, get in their pants, and break their heart. All the girls knew this, yet they still fell for his tricks. Not Yumi. She was determined to stay away from him, which worked for three years. Now she's a junior and he's a senior, but he just noticed her and wants her to be his next victim. Nothing will stop him.

Yumi's POV

One more year of this shit and then I'm out. Plus, next year I won't have to take a lot of classes since I'm taking mostly senior classes right now.

It was only the first day of school. I still had no friends. I haven't had friends since middle school. All the people here are fake and not afraid to go behind your back to get what they want. Plus, most of the girls were way too worried about relationships and I'm not. So no friends for me I guess.

The day was pretty standard the first four periods. Nothing out of the ordinary, still nobody talking to me. I was happy. Humans make me frustrated anyways.

It was fifth period that was a little strange. I sat down at an empty lunch table and I didn't expect anyone to sit with me, but about five people did.

I scanned the boys at my table. I recognized them all. They were all seniors. There was Chanyeol, Chen, Baekhyun, Lay, and lastly, sitting beside me was the one and only Kai.

This was very peculiar, but I tried not to let it bother me. I was just going to keep quiet and not attempt to make conversation.

There was only ten more minutes of lunch, and I waited, anxious to get out of there.

"So do you not talk?" A voice from beside me asked.

"Hmm?" I spun to my left to see Kai staring at me.

"Why don't you talk? And you have no friends. Why is that?" Kai asked.

Well that was a little rude. "People annoy me. They aren't worth my time," I replied simply, only gazing at him for a second.

"Does that mean I'm not worth your time?" He asked and gave a side smirk.

"Are you a person?" I asked him.

"Pretty sure I am," he answered.

"Then no, you're not worth my time," I said.

He put his hand to his chest, acting hurt. "Well ouch. I'll change your mind though, so I'm not worried," he said.

"Good luck with that," I scoffed.

"Why do you despise me? What did I do to you?" He asked almost too calmly.

"Oh you didn't do anything to me, but I like to stay away from playboys," I said as the bell rang.

I quickly got up and walked away. I was fast walking so that he wouldn't try to continue talking to me. My plan worked, and I got to my sixth period in peace.

I took a seat at the back of the classroom, away from everyone else. The room was noisy, and the late bell hadn't rung yet. Everyone's voices went down when they noticed someone walking through the door.

I looked up to see what the fuss was about, and I saw Kai standing in the doorway, smirking at all the dumbfounded girls who shamelessly stared at him.

His eyes went across the room and stopped on me. His smile grew and he made his way over to where I was.

"And you thought you could get away," he said cheerfully and plopped down beside me.
